Transport Controller at Tharisa

Role Context

• Day-to-day transport management via various communication channels for all products.
• Day-to-day transport management to ensure successful deliveries of various transport channels.
• Updating of the transport flagged report.
• Requesting ticket amendments from Tharisa mine as and when required and sending them to relevant parties.
• Saving of Maputo port and Richards Bay slab reports provided by the service providers.
• Drafting incident reports for review by Operations Manager.
• Reconcile medical invoices between Tharisa, Arxo and the transporters. Have clean transporter debtors due to on time payments.

Qualifications

• Grade 12;

Job Specific experience

• Work experience as a transport controller,
• Updating various WhatsApp groups with daily planning,
• MS Office: Word and Excel,
• Microsoft and any other programs relative to logistical activities.
