    Travel and Expense Admin

    Job Description:
    As part of the role of a Travel and Expense Administrator, some of your duties will include:

    • Responsible for meeting assigned deadlines
    • Monitoring employee travel advances and company card balances
    • Reviewing and processing of the expense reports for documentation and compliance
    • Reconciling unused portions of travel advance funds where funds are due 


    • Grade 12
    • Post Matric qualification in Travel and/or Expense


    •  2-3 years related Travel or/and expense experience 

    Additional information:

    • SAP and Concur experience: Advantageous
    • Experience in relationship management with key stakeholders
    • Ability to read and understand complex process and technical documentation and implement as required
    • Experience in a client facing role
