This role offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of quality assurance for innovative web and mobile applications developed with React, React Native, and Electron.
As a leader in this capacity, you will establish and manage a new UAT team, driving processes that ensure the functionality and seamless integration of applications with various hardware components such as indicators, cameras, and proprietary IoT devices. Your expertise will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.
You will bring over five years of experience in software testing with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as proven leadership skills in managing teams.
A deep understanding of the testing requirements for React-based technologies, along with experience in testing software that interacts with hardware, will be critical for success in this role.
Strong knowledge of React, React Native, and Electron applications, with a deep understanding of their testing requirements.
Experience with test management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly GitHub.
The position requires an analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple testing projects in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will collaborate with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and issue resolution.
You will also contribute to process improvement and stay ahead of industry trends in testing and quality assurance, building a UAT framework that ensures business goals and user experience standards are consistently met.
