- Qualification Higher National Certificate , National Certificate
- Experience 4 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Requirements
- Minimum National diploma
- Minimum of four (4) relevant years of experience in a Microsoft Enterprise Active Directory environment and Azure Active Directory (Entra-ID)
- An understanding and experience of current industry technology standards and frameworks.
Key Performance Areas
- Ensure the management of workstations are set to a standard and maintained so they are secure and managed
- Ensure the integrity of all domain controllers are maintained so that the managed environment is effectively managed and secure
- Ensure the user community can have access to their applications and data to ensure optimal service delivery
- Follow IT Service Management strategies to provide service excellence for performance measurement, communication and transparency
- Offer advisory and support to stakeholders for integration and compatibility to provide awareness of common interest or share information.
