The Waiter/Butler will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs, and providing discreet, personalized hospitality that reflects the lodge’s world-class standards. This position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a guest-focused attitude, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable safari experience.
Core Criteria:
3+ years of experience in 4/5 star hospitality environments
Strong communication skills and guest-focused attitude
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards
Team player with a positive, service-oriented mindset
Good overall food and beverage knowledge with the ability to deliver high service standards
Must reside in the Hoedspruit/Acornhoek surrounding area
Sober habits and a professional, reliable approach to work
Valid driver’s licence preferred but not essential
