We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leading people, improving processes, and delivering operational excellence.

Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
Understanding of health and safety (OHS) requirements.

Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
Coordinate staff scheduling, workload allocation, and productivity.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees to ensure competency and compliance with SOPs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and company policies.
Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Monitor stock accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and ensure FIFO principles are followed.
Coordinate deliveries, transport, and customer order fulfilment.
Analyse warehouse performance, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare operational reports and communicate performance and operational issues to management.
Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership.
Boxes to tick
National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management.
Computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 3 years of proven experience coordinating warehouse operations.
