    Warehouse Operations Supervisor

    We are looking for: 

    • We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leading people, improving processes, and delivering operational excellence. 

    Knowledge and abilities:

     Responsibilities  

    • Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.  
    • Coordinate staff scheduling, workload allocation, and productivity.  
    • Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees to ensure competency and compliance with SOPs.  
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and company policies.  
    • Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.  
    • Monitor stock accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and ensure FIFO principles are followed.  
    • Coordinate deliveries, transport, and customer order fulfilment.  
    • Analyse warehouse performance, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions.  
    • Prepare operational reports and communicate performance and operational issues to management.  
    • Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership.

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4. 
    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management. 
    • Computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS).  
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 3 years of proven experience coordinating warehouse operations. 
    • Valid RSA driver’s license with own transport.

    Inventory and Stock Control Manager

    We are looking for: 

    • A highly analytical, disciplined and process-driven Stock and Inventory Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in operational excellence, stock accuracy, and continuous process improvement while leading teams to achieve high performance. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all inventory across the branch/warehouse.

    • Maintain accurate bin allocations and stock locations, monitor bin integrity, and prepare regular inventory and operational reports to support decision-making. 
    • Oversee work order planning and processing, ensuring stock availability aligns with operational requirements and demand planning. 
    • Manage cycle counts, sectional counts, and stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain high inventory accuracy. 
    • Coordinate inter-branch transfers (IBTs), ensuring accurate requesting, dispatching, receiving, and system processing of stock movements. 
    • Monitor incoming shipments and back orders, ensuring accurate tracking, communication, and timely resolution of outstanding stock items. 
    • Ensure correct SKU allocation and barcode accuracy for all products, supporting traceability and system integrity. 
    • Oversee proper handling, storage, and movement of stock to prevent damage, losses, or inaccuracies. 
    • Support overall warehouse efficiency by ensuring stock is packed away timeously, shelves remain stocked, and operational workflows are maintained. 
    • Provide inventory support to sales, marketing, and returns processes by ensuring accurate stock availability, allocations, and processing of returned items. 
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and warehouse operational standards at all times.

    • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management or related field preferred.

    Stock Handler

    We are looking for:

    • We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Handler who takes pride in maintaining order, accuracy, and efficiency in stock handling and storage. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to work in a physically demanding environment, and committed to supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations. You will need to be a team player who can follow procedures, communicate effectively, and ensure that stock is managed with care and precision.

    Knowledge and abilities:

    • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, stock handling, and inventory procedures.
    • Understanding of stock rotation principles (e.g., FIFO).
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Ability to operate manual handling equipment (trolleys, pallet jacks, etc.).
    • Attention to detail when sorting, checking, and relocating stock.
    • Good communication skills and attention to detail

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and offload stock from incoming shipments and containers.
    • Sort stock for storage as per warehouse sections.
    • Transfer stock to the correct bin location and shelf, ensuring proper categorisation.
    • Move bulk stock to mezzanine storage as required.
    • Return misplaced or wrongly pulled stock to the correct locations.
    • Responsible for all bulk transfers between inter-warehouses and branches by loading and offloading company stock as per SOP.
    • Loading and offloading of stock needed for day-to-day operations.
    • Clean, organise, and replenish shelves to maintain neat stock displays.
    • Add barcode stickers to shelves and products as required.
    • Maintain and organise mezzanine storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and order.
    • Rotating stock to prevent expiry or obsolescence. (e.g., FIFO: First In, First Out)
    • Assist with sectional stock-taking activities and cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory counts.
    • Assist Pickers in locating missing or misplaced stock to ensure order fulfilment.
    • Report discrepancies to the Stock Controller, Administrator or Supervisor.
    • Isolating and inspecting damaged or defective products.
    • Reporting issues to the Stock Controller, Administrator or Supervisor for further action.
    • Load courier trucks and assist drivers in preparing vehicles for delivery.
    • Responding to queries about stock availability and location.
    • Supplying stock to different departments as needed.
    • Assist with picking and packing when needed.

    • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Previous warehouse or stockroom experience (advantageous but not essential).
    • Forklift license (advantageous but not compulsory).
    • Physically fit with stamina for lifting and moving stock.
