• Enrich and prepare products for publication on the eCommerce platform
• Ensure that images are transformed and optimised for use on the eCommerce platform
• Deal with customers in a customer centric manner

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12
• 1 – 2 years relevant Magento experience
• Relevant Retail exposure

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., System Software, Web Development, or related).
• Proven experience in web content management or a related role.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and website administration tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
• Graphic design skills or experience with image and video editing tools.
• Familiarity with web analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
• Basic understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
• Certifications in web content management or related fields.
