The Wellness Co-Ordinator assists with marketing and creating awareness of wellness events, community engagements initiatives, SLB events and Midas Touch talks. The Wellness Co-Ordinator will also assist in the Campus’s Social Action initiatives and community events and the marketing thereof.
This position requires a flexible thinker who can work collaboratively with various stakeholder groups including the Campus teams, students, and community members.
Education:
Studying towards Psychology, Social Work or Marketing degree.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate and support Wellness team with various Campus events such as Midas Touch, Wellness Days, Blood Drives, Social Action Events etc.
Develop and implement marketing material, workshops and campaigns to ensure the success and awareness of abovementioned events
Work together with the Wellness team on SLB projects and help coordinate various Social Events throughout the year.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Functional Competencies:
Strong administrative skills.
Ability to work with Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Basic Design Skills/Ability to use Canva/Crello or similar design programmes.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work well under pressure, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
High quality written and verbal communication skills.
