Workshop Assistant at TWK Agri

Job Summary

• This role involves assisting technicians with repairs, services and maintenance of tractors and implements. Cleaning parts and the entire workshop as well as organising all tools.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with basic tasks regarding repairs, services and maintenance on tractors and implements
• Clean and prepare parts and equipment for servicing and repairs
• Organise and store tools, parts, and consumables in the workshop
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workshop and yard area
• Ensure proper waste disposal in line with workshop standards
• Comply with safety regulations and company procedures at all times
• Be available to work overtime or weekends when operationally required

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Good verbal communication skills
• Valid Code 08 Drivers License
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
• Reliable, punctual, and honest
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic mechanical interest or aptitude (advantageous)
