B Tech Financial Management or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
2-5 years’ experience in financial management environment is required.

Key Performance Areas
Generating reports from the accounting system & analysing these reports on the operating expenditure to determine variances.
Performing budgetary control measures i.e. virements, journals & reposting to ensure compliance with budgeted amounts in order to ensure that adequate support is available to effectively manage budgets of the Branch.
Conduct ad hoc expenditure reports to verify compliance
Highlighting trends in over/under expenditure in the operating budget and report to line manager and make recommendations on trends.
Monitor expenditure patterns (CAPEX) and report on identified deviations from plans. In order to Monitor the
Capital Expenditure trends to reflect progress and identify deviations.
Lead the asset verification process of the branch.
Consolidating both internal and audit findings for the branch.
Ensure that all internal and external audit findings are addressed and remedial actions are taken.
Facilitate and co-ordinate the implementation of the ETD strategy and policy with the Branch (in compliance with legislative requirements) as well as corporate policies and procedures.
Assists the Branch in implementing Human Resources policies and procedures to control/ regulate workplace conflict and/ or instituting corrective measures and consultation.
Provide specialist financial management advice to the branch at different operating sections
