Our main area of focus is to provide early and accurate diagnosis in the fight against South Africa’s
quadruple burden of disease:
• Communicable diseases (e.g., HIV/Aids, Tuberculosis, Malaria)
• Non-communicable diseases (e.g., cardiovascular disease, oncology, diabetes)
• Perinatal and maternal mortality, and Injury-related disorders and trauma
Siya Labs further aims to introduce broader Genetic Screening examinations to test for and thus treatgenetic diseases such as Down’s Syndrome, Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s.
