    Sales Executive - Cape Town

    Job Description

    •  A vacancy exists for a Sales Executive within the Kazang-Merchant Division in the Cape Town Offices.
    • The Sales Executive is a results-oriented sales professional responsible for driving new business acquisition, growing existing customer relationships, and delivering on regional sales targets across multiple channels, including Direct Sales and Tavern Sales.
    • This role operates in both field and remote capacities, combining in-person client engagement with digital tools to optimize reach, efficiency, and service delivery.
    • As a key representative of the company, the Sales Executive is expected to embody the organization’s mission and values, consistently acting with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
    • The role requires the ability to work autonomously, adapt to evolving operational needs, and proactively identify growth opportunities within informal and formal trade markets.

    Key Responsibility Areas 

    • Solve Technical issues.
    • Provide customer service.
    • Advise customer on software management.
    • Manage device requisitions, allocations, and stock take as per monthly cycle requirements.
    • Ensure administrative time is allocated to fulfill all designated administrative tasks and roles.
    • Comply with regional admin office requirements as per monthly cycles.
    • Adhere to the requirements of the business when placing devices.
    • Planning of sales activities on a weekly basis.
    • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and sales management.
    • Interaction and cooperation with the Sales Admin team and the ability to perform work within acceptable timelines.
    • Work on key weekly reporting and management cycles with Field and Regional Sales teams.

    In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. 
    • Industry-specific knowledge (if applicable, such as fintech, Banking & FMCG) 
    • Endorsed code 8 driver's license

    Cashless Manager - KZN

    Job Description

    • A vacancy exists for a Cashless Manager within the Kazang-Merchant Division, in KwaZulu-Natal

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Managing relationships and supporting existing Cashless Payment Suppliers.
    • Active involvement in engaging, negotiating and onboarding of new Cashless Payment suppliers to Kazang systems
    • Growing volumes of Supplier Payments processed through co-operation with regional sales and field-marketing teams

    Requirements

    • Matric 
    • Any relevant Tertiary qualification. 
    • Experience working in business development.
    • Account management or corporate sales.
    • Experience in lower LSM/informal markets preferable.
    • Leadership and managing a team.

    Cashless Administrator - CPT

    Job Description

    • A vacancy exists for a Cashless Administrator within the Kazang-Merchant Division, in the Western Cape
    • To assist with admin-related tasks within the structure.

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Administer payment processes and support existing Cashless Payment account managers.
    • Overseeing supplier onboarding processes. Handling payment queries and back-office support
    • Supplier Onboarding Admin – contract verification, capturing, coordinating with Finance, and following up sales
    • Supplier and Sales Support—availability to sales teams for system support—including payment issues, group/setup issues, and customer reporting setups/resolutions.
    • Administering Merchant Finance solutions, assisting with vetting, contracting, repayments, etc.
    • Other administrative tasks to ensure success of the cashless payment portfolio.
