    Call Centre Agent (Paarl)

    About the job
    Purpose:

    • The purpose is to manage the daily controls and outcomes based for success of the Contact Centre, by providing unique customer service in line with SA logistics objectives. This includes execution of budgeted/planned targets(quantity, cost, quality and time), to follow on and progress in efficiency and productivity year on year within performance and measured Customer Satisfaction.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • 1-3 years’ experience in Contact Centre
    • 1-3 years client service experience

    • Sound business acumen
    • Computer literate (i.e. Outlook and Excel) 
    • Ability to be effective and selling products and services
    • Ability to analyze problems, make correct judgments/decision and think strategically
    • Ability to take initiative and display persistence
    • Interpersonal and sound written and verbal communication skills

    Job Summary:

    • Minimize lost sales and wasteful delivery expenditure by capturing orders accurately and within set time frames on SAP and online system
    • Efficient and accurate order placement using all available channels (Email, CIM and Inbound calls) while ensuring excellent customer service by reducing call waiting time and dropped calls
    • Develop an effective working relationship with managers, colleagues and the sales team
    • Build good relationships with customers, ensure the customers are valued and receive effective courteous response with every interaction
    • Understand and live the company vision and values
    • Take responsibility to agree on and review personal performance goals and achievement thereof
    • Implement a development plan for own effectiveness and personal growth

    Junior Quality Compliance Auditor (Paarl)

    About the job
    Purpose:

    • The incumbent is primarily responsible for verification of compliance to the Integrated Management System (IMS) plans and processes for each department and assisting in quality compliance audits. 

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • Tertiary qualification in process management, quality control, systems or food technology
    • Training in or qualified internal auditor (quality, food safety, ethical)
    • Trained and assessed competent in the theory of food safety (ISO22000/BRC/IFS), quality (ISO9001) and ethical (WIETA/BSCI/Fairtrade) standards
    • 2 - 3 Years’ work-related experience in production and/or quality assurance environment
    • 1 - 2 Years’ work-related experience in internal auditing
    • Driver’s license (code EB)

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent planning and organising skills
    • Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Computer literacy (MS Office / SAP)

    Job Summary:

    • Compile audit schedules for verification audits Prerequisite Programs (PRP)/Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP)/Critical Control Points (CCP).
    • Review PRP/OPRP/CCP verification checklists for all the departments after risk assessment and PRP program reviews.
    • Perform activities for the execution of PRP/OPRP/CCP audits.
    • Assist with the execution of quality compliance or ad hoc audits.
    • Record all non-conformances, observations and recommendations that occurred within an audit.
    • Review all procedures, work instructions and forms relevant to area of responsibility to ensure that documents are aligned with KWV’s requirements, as well as that of the standards.
    • Compile reports as required.
