    Senior Technical Fleet Administrator

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a that special somebody who has good mechanical knowledge of motor vehicles as well as the ability and experience to oversee a fleet of +/- 70 vehicles. The role includes daily checking of vehicles, renewal of license discs, accident investigations, handling vehicle insurance and weekly fuel and cost reports.
    • Must be able to do formula's on Excel for reports, and build good relationship with suppliers as well as have an idea of what goes on under the hood.
    • This role is not a Logistics Manager role and will not suit someone from the Freight and Logistics Industry, rather somebody who is mechanically inclined but can also see to the admin and reports side of things.
    • This role is suited to a male purely for safety reasons, as the person would be required to assist with driving to breakdowns if such occur with the fleet.
    • The role is based in Parktown JHB, so the ideal candidate should live within a 20km radius.
    • Drivers license and own car essential.
    • Matric essential and a tertiary qualification is a plus.
    • 5+ years working relevant experience required.

    HR Administator

    Job Description

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • A relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Must have at least 2 (two) years of experience in an administrative position.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
    • Must have good communication skills in English.
    • Driver's licence and own reliable motor vehicle essential.
    • Must be willing to work additional hours (outside of normal office hours).
    • Good organisational skills.
    • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, taking minutes and other office procedures and terminology.
    • Deadline driven.
    • Proactive and a team player.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, pressurized environment.
    • Strong attention to detail essential.
