    People & Culture Advisor

    Purpose of the Job

    • To provide specialist Human Resource support to stakeholders by facilitating and integrating aligned sound labour relations within the company. To assist with formulation of HR Policies, assisting in processing recruitment, selection, placement, and onboarding of staff. To provide, sound strategies towards staff retention, performance management as well as recognition and rewards programs. To promote a safe and inclusive workplace  environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment:

    • Facilitate recruitment process, advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, interviewing, placing, and onboarding
    • Give feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates
    • Drafting and sending offer letters and contracts
    • Create a new starter profile on the HRIS
    • Advising managers on recruitment practices
    • Drafting of contracts and annexures
    • Conducting criminal and reference checks on LexisNexis
    • Provide new starter details to payroll
    • Submit transport request for new starters
    • Liaise with Chapter2 for external recruitment inline the internal practice
    • Facilitate and conduct induction
    • Draft annexures for internal appointments
    • Labour Relations:
    • Ensure adherence to labour legislation of BCEA, Employment Equity, LRA, Skills Development Levies Act, and POPI Act
    • Advise managers on sound Labour Relations Practices
    • Facilitate probation process and ensure migration to permanency and/or termination
    • Manage any disputes pertaining to the employment relationship
    • Validate and capture warnings on HRIS
    • Assist Team Leaders and/or Managers to draft or formulate charges
    • Chairing disciplinary hearings
    • CCMA representation including objection of con-arbs and legal representation
    • Assist in Incapacity hearings
    • Assist Managers in conducting investigations
    • Guide and advise stakeholders on absence management
    • Draft and update policies
    • Keeping abreast of changes in legislation
    • Assist in the issuance of warnings and notice to attend disciplinary hearings
    • Manage absconsion process
    • Learning and Development:
    • Inducting new employees
    • Conduct Labour Relations Training for all new Team Leaders and Managers
    • Conduct Managing Under Performance training for Team Leaders and Managers
    • Conduct HRIS training for new Team Leaders and Managers
    • Personal Development for employees guide inline with the company levelling
    • Payroll:
    • Liaising with payroll department with regards to changes to employees’ salaries and
    • allowances
    • Generate reports
    • Drafting UI-19 for exiting and exiting employees
    • Managing the Maternity process and liaising with payroll department
    • Deal with employee day to day queries such as payslip requests or related queries
    • Terminate exiting employees on HRIS
    • Update the payroll termination tracker
    • HR Operations:
    • Generating reports for Management
    • Facilitate and update staff movements on HRIS
    • Build and Maintain relationships with Business Unit managers
    • Conducting exit interviews
    • Ensure HR projects are rolled out on behalf of People and Culture department
    • Employment Equity Submission

    Minimum Requirements:

    • HR or relevant qualification
    • Previous experience in a HR generalist role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)

    Salesforce Multi Cloud Administator

    Purpose of the job

    • As a Salesforce Multi Cloud Administrator, you will play a critical role in developing, and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud platforms. This role involves overseeing the administration of our Salesforce platform, working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and gathering requirements to enhance our business processes and drive overall company success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • System Administration: This involves understanding the unique requirements of each project, coordinating with a cross functional implementation team, and ensuring that the solution aligns with business objectives. You will be responsible for configuring Salesforce according to project specifications, managing timelines, and work with the implementation team, ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.
    • Requirements Analysis: Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations. Collaborating closely with the implementation team and the business, you will conduct thorough requirements analysis to understand the business processes, challenges, and goals. By gathering comprehensive insights, you will translate these requirements into actionable configurations within Salesforce. This includes identifying gaps, recommending best practices, and proposing solutions that align with the client's long-term objectives.
    • Configuration and Customization: Utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Loyalty management CRM and Experience Cloud you will configure and customize solutions to meet the specific needs the business. This may involve setting up custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts within Salesforce. Your goal is to tailor the platform to optimize business processes, enhance user experience, and drive efficiency.
    • User Administration: Ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is essential for maximizing the value of both platforms. You will leverage your understanding of integration best practices to design, configure, and test integrations that facilitate the exchange of data and workflows between systems. This includes managing API connections, configuring data mappings, and troubleshooting integration issues to ensure data consistency and reliability.
    • Flows and Automation: Developing and implementing Salesforce Flows and automation processes is key to streamlining business workflows and enhancing user experience. You will design and build automated processes using tools like Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Workflow Rules to automate repetitive tasks, trigger actions based on predefined criteria, and enforce business rules within Salesforce.
    • Data Management: Manage data models, including data migration, cleansing, and maintenance, to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Effective data management is critical for maintaining data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce. You will contribute on design and implementation of data models, including data migration, cleansing, and maintenance activities. This involves mapping data sources, performing data migrations using tools like Data Loader, Jetstream, or Salesforce's native import wizard, and supporting with data quality measures to ensure clean and reliable data.
    • Security Settings: Configuring and maintaining security settings within Salesforce is essential for safeguarding data and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will work closely with the project team and the client to define roles, profiles, and permissions to control access to sensitive information, configure sharing settings to govern data visibility, and implement encryption and data masking techniques to protect data at rest and in transit.
    • Training and Support: Providing training and support to clients' end-users is crucial for driving adoption and proficiency in using Salesforce solutions. You will develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to address user questions and issues. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on best practices, and facilitating continuous learning to maximize the value of Salesforce investments.
    • Knowledge, skills and experience required

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Loyalty Management.
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
    • Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks (user management, roles, profiles, security).
    • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
    • Ability to manage tasks for multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence
    • Familiarity with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
    • Experience with Experience Cloud is a plus

    Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager

    Purpose of the job

    • We are looking for an experienced experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to support the Global Digital Director with on-going digital transformation for Collinson and to have overall accountability for our Group-wide digital experimentation program.
    • Across the experimentation lifecycle from ideation, planning, execution and analysis, you will develop strategic and tangible delivery plans for core digital web and app properties aligned to objectives related to brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation and revenue generation. Using a suite of data and testing platforms including Optimizely and Salesforce Personalisation across a global portfolio of digital properties, you will ensure channel KPIs and business plan targets are achieved.
    • You’ll lead, project manage, optimise and execute across multiple channels, setting a new precedence of quality, strategic thinking, forward development and evolution. The ideal candidate is passionate about experimentation, digital marketing, MarTech, data, lead generation and problem solving with the ability to be hands on as required.
    • Your key stakeholders will be the regional and global marketing teams, data, product and proposition divisions with whom you will align and provide thought leadership through the deployment of these plans. You should have a strong grasp of digital marketing disciplines, have a positive and proactive approach to be able to lead projects and initiatives from concept to execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will to develop strategic and tangible delivery plans for core digital channels, aligned to wider marketing objectives related to brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation.

    • Identify points of user struggle and friction using subjective and data-driven approaches to devise A/B, MVT and personalisation test hypotheses using Optimizely and Salesforce Personalisation
    • Increase the volume, velocity and complexity of our test program
    • Identify insights and trends to continually optimise performance & spend
    • Maintain and govern the experimentation roadmap, setting priorities and crafting business case and ROI impact modelling where needed
    • Test Design
    • Provide guidance to internal and external UX/UI teams to design and publish web and app tests and personalisation journeys via your working knowledge of CMSs (Contentful or Sitecore preferred)
    • Create experiment briefs, wireframes, audience cohort targeting and success measures
    • Measurement & insights
    • Monitor and analyse live tests and personalisation campaigns to report on success and commercial impact
    • Performance Optimisation
    • Work with internal and external developers to productionise successful tests
    • Maintain governance and create a repository of artefacts for all tests to ensure we compound our body of experimentation knowledge over time
    • People management
    • This is an individual contributor role working in a global matrixed environment

    Skills & Experience

    • Demonstrable experience in B2B and B2C web experimentation and conversion optimisation
    • Hands-on experience leading/owning an experimentation tool (Optimizely or Salesforce Personalisation preferred)
    • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, key reporting metrics, data analysis and insight (Google Data Studio experience advantageous)
    • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript would be advantageous but not compulsory
    • Knowledge of CMS systems like Contentful or Sitecore preferred
    • Understanding of the full experimentation lifecycle – ideation, creation, validation, execution and reporting
    • Data-driven and analytically focused
    • Ability to act as a trusted advisor with strong communication skills
    • Great interpersonal skills. Effective in dealing with a diverse business, with varying skillsets and knowledge. Ability to interact with all in a positive manner
    • Proven experience of collaborative working cross-functionally to deliver projects; keeping stakeholders informed through regular update meetings and communications
    • Expected to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a busy digital environment. Proactive attitude towards application and ‘let’s get the job done’ mentality
