    Client Relationship Consultant

    • The Client Relationship Consultant (CRC) is primarily responsible for establishing relationships by engaging with prospective and existing clients. Through these engagements, the CRC will be expected to generate new business by identifying prospective clients’ needs and infiltrating their existing client base for cross-service/solution initiatives. The CRC will also be expected to maintain relationships with their existing client base by implementing various Client Relationship Audits (CRA) to ensure high levels of client satisfaction thereby maintaining client retention ratios. The CRC is ultimately responsible for increasing new clients within their territory/ region in number and value whilst ensuring product saturation within the allocated client base.

    Qualifications:

    • 3 – 5 years of experience working in a professional sales environment offering solutions, business to business with experience in the following:
    • Marketing and selling of professional consulting products & services
    • Development of client relationship strategies for sales and retention
    • Development of client satisfaction strategies and measurement tools
    • Preparing budgets, business proposals, and client presentations
    • Working on client relationship management (CRM) software/systems
    • Networking and building of pipelines in accordance with sales velocity formulas

    Payroll Outsource Administrator

    • We are currently looking for a Payroll Outsource Administrator who will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of client’s payroll, ensuring that clients' employees are paid on time while maintaining the confidentiality and assisting clients in understanding payroll-related queries in line with relevant legislation.

    You are responsible for Inclusive of, but not limited to:

    Client Retention:

    • Maintain a high client retention rate by providing quality service and effective communication under LPD Processes.
    • Establish and maintain professional client relationships, aiming for a 90% retention rate.
    • Implement and configure client requirements in alignment with client expectations and LPS (LabourNet Payroll System).
    • Resolve client queries and provide value-added services through troubleshooting via various channels (onsite, online, phone, email, team viewer).
    • Escalate unresolved queries as per SLA, maintaining ongoing communication with clients and adhering to the Key Account Strategy (KAS) and Client/Employee life cycle processes.

    Development: Competence:

    • Stay updated on system functionality and legislative changes through self-development.
    • Ensure alignment with career path requirements.
    • Develop the competency and skills of the team through formal and informal learning sessions to meet expected standards.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer among teams to enhance overall competence.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry developments.

    Product: Quality

    • Adhere to the client visitation schedule to maintain SVR (Service Value Ratio) and ensure profitable clients receive service within SLA.
    • Efficiently book client appointments and obligations while recording them accurately in the prescribed software platform.
    • Weekly closure of appointments, ensuring accuracy in categorizing satisfied and unsatisfied clients.
    • Upload all relevant client documents onto the CMS (Content Management System).
    • Monitor time spent vs. retainer, providing monthly reports on unsatisfied appointments and SVR to the Outsource Manager. Also, responsible for client sign-off documents and handover processes as per internal procedures.

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
    • Matric with mathematics and computer literacy as subjects
    • Qualification within payroll, tax, software implementation, and consultation within the HRIS environment or equivalent experience (1 – 2 Years)

    Experience required:

    • 1-2 years experience in full-function payroll, preferably within an outsourced payroll environment would be advantageous
    • Ability to process a minimum of 800 payslips independently and accurately
    • Previous experience in the submission of monthly and biannual EMPs would be advantageous.
    • Previous experience in dealing with complex payroll queries would be advantageous.

    Payroll Support Consultant

    • We are currently looking for a Payroll Support Consultant to assist clients in implementing efficiencies in their payroll processes, providing support for day-to-day payroll-related queries, and maintaining a solid relationship with clients.

    • Maintain communication with clients, updating details, and managing incidents.
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with key client individuals, supporting actions, and junior support consultants when necessary.
    • Development and Competence:
    • Stay updated on system functionality and legislative changes through self-development.
    • Keep informed about People's Best Practices and legislation.
    • Develop competency and skills of the team through learning sessions and knowledge transfer.
    • Contribute to internal training efforts and serve as a mentor for other support consultants.
    • Ensure alignment with career path requirements.
    • Product Quality:
    • Efficiently book client appointments and obligations, recording interactions accurately and timely.
    • Close appointments accurately based on client satisfaction.
    • Adhere to SDLC sign-off processes and SLAs, supporting the LabourNet Group product offerings.
    • Confirm and ensure correct billing within the client journey if applicable.
    • Maintain product quality standards and actively identify and implement process improvements within the support team.

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

    Qualifications:

    • Tertiary Qualification within payroll, tax, software implementation, and consultation within the HRIS environment is required.

    Experience Required:

    • Any experience within the payroll software support channel will be advantageous.
    • 2 years experience within a payroll software environment, understanding payroll-related software and legislation.
    • 1 year + experience within a payroll support environment would be advantageous.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in payroll implementation/configuration would be advantageous.
