    Account Sales Consultant

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Drive Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Sage HR & Payroll solutions by executing a well-defined sales and marketing strategy.
    • Own New Customer Acquisition (NCA): Identify high-potential accounts and collaborate with the Sales Manager to execute a focused NCA strategy, driving revenue growth and customer expansion.
    • Partner Collaboration: Manage partner opportunities from start to finish, offering strategic support and helping to drive sales activities that generate significant revenue.
    • Engage with Customers: Conduct site visits to meet with potential and existing customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and presenting tailored solutions that deliver maximum value.
    • Deliver Exceptional Presentations: Perform or coordinate high-impact product demos, leveraging Sage’s resources to ensure prospects are inspired and informed.
    • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to your clients and driving Sage’s competitive edge.
    • Build Lasting Relationships: Consistently engage with customers to foster strong, long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for the long haul.
    • Pipeline Mastery: Proactively develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and strategic alignment throughout the sales lifecycle.
    • Forecasting Accuracy: Maintain a precise forecast that reflects the true status of all sales activities, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
    • Be the Sage Ambassador: Actively represent Sage on social media platforms like LinkedIn, sharing your passion for our products and building our brand presence.

    Skills, Experience, and Qualifications We’re Looking For:

    • Sales-Driven: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
    • HR & Payroll Expertise: Strong experience in HR and Payroll sales, with deep knowledge of solutions in this space.
    • Excellent Communication & Presentation: Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade all levels of decision-makers.
    • Self-Starter with Results-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach to driving results independently, with a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed in sales.
    • Relationship Builder: You have a talent for connecting with others and maintaining relationships with both customers and business partners.
    • Organized and Focused: Strong time-management skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize your daily and weekly goals effectively.
    • Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field. A deep understanding of Payroll and HR is a must!

    Onboarding & Recruitment Specialist

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Develop and refine onboarding processes and procedures for leads joining the Accountants Program.Qualify, vet, and manage assigned leads to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Oversee and retain a dedicated list of strategic accountants, maintaining an allocated base.
    • Serve as an ambassador for Sage within the Accountants Forum, actively promoting our presence and support.
    • Organize and participate in regional events to showcase Sage and its offerings.

    Skills, know-how and experience:

    • Bilingual.
    • Excellent Telephone Etiquette.
    • Computer literacy MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
    • Some experience or previous training in accounting or payroll.
    • SBCA/SBCP and or Intacct. qualification

    • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing sales.
    • Prior experience selling HR & Payroll solutions.
    • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
    • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
