    Cyber Security Officer - Midrand

    WHY DO WE NEED YOU ?

    • Responsible for developing and implementing an information security program, which includes procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise communications, systems and assets from both internal and external threats.

    Qualifications required to fulfil the role

    • Grade 12
    • MCSE or CCNA or relevant IT qualification.
    • One (or more) certifications in the Security field (CISSP, CISA, CISM …).
    • Business Diploma / Degree (added Advantage).

    Specific Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills required to fulfil the role

    • 5 Years’ experience in Managing Cyber Security in the Manufacturing sector.
    • IT Infrastructure or Applications Support (would be an advantage).
    • Experience is report writing and creating SOP’s, Policies and Procedures.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Drive digitalization within the Cyber Security sector.

    Key Accountabilities

    Handling of security incidents:

    • Strong mobilization and responsibility in the handling of security incidents within his or her reporting scope.

    Operational security:

    • Empowerment for operational security over his/her reporting scope.

    Policies and Compliance:

    Governance

    • Participation in defining the strategy over his/her reporting scope.
    • Understand and apply the security roadmap:
    • Advise the Management of the Business or Delegation within his/her reporting scope about any security questions.
    • Contribute to the proposal of a security budget concerning his/her reporting scope.
    • Produce a security dashboard containing the elements requested and send it on a quarterly basis to the Cybersecurity team.

    Policies

    • Application of security rules and standards.
    • Keep up to date with and potentially contribute to developments in security rules and standards defined by the Policies & Compliance team.

    Risk analysis

    • Risk management at entity level.

    Control

    • Check and follow up the application of rules concerning his/her reporting scope.
    • Perform level-1 checks (self-check with or without technical tests) requested by the central Security & Compliance team.
    • Contribute to level-2 checks made by the central Policies & Compliance team.
    • Define and conduct further checks if necessary.
    • Report on all control actions to the central Policies & Compliance team.

    Sensitization/Training:

    • Raise employee awareness and train specific groups of people within his/her reporting scope.
    • Contribute to running Cybersecurity awareness campaigns aimed at all employees and subcontractors (Help Desk, outsourcer, etc.).
    • Contribute to training:
    • Project leaders within his/her reporting scope as part of the training program defined by central Cybersecurity team.
    • Administrators within his/her reporting scope as part of the training program defined by central Cybersecurity team.
    • Developers, especially from the eventual applications services from Delegation within his/her reporting scope.
    • Take part in training provided for Security Officers by the Group.

    Integrating security into projects (SIP):

    • Application of the rules and analysis of the risks in projects within the perimeter covered by his/her SGTS (and possibly for Delegation applications)
    • Make sure that the SIP methodology defined by the central Cybersecurity team is taken into consideration in projects containing infrastructure
    • Make sure that all projects include the necessary security check points (penetration tests, review of rights management, etc.)
    • Support project leaders in the application of the methodology with an investment proportionate to the project’s security needs
    • Ensure the formal security approval of projects:
    • Validation of the security component of any local infrastructure project, particularly in manufacturing sites
    • Validation of the security component of any connecting Delegation application
    • If the impact of residual risks is limited to his/her reporting scope: right of acceptance or refusal at his/her level
    • If the impact of residual risks exceeds his/her reporting scope: right of refusal at his/her level or, if accepted, request Cybersecurity expert team for validation

    Community leadership:

    • Active participation in the security community

    Security projects:

    • Active participation in all security projects
    • Validation of the security component in projects

    Business continuity:

    • Ensure IT recovery in the event of a major unavailability concerning his/her reporting scope
    • Define and ensure the updating of the IT Recovery Plan (ITRP):
    • Contribute to the preparation of the Business Continuity Plan in support of the Web and Applications Security Officer and SGTS Manufacturing Infrastructure Managers

    Communication:

    • Explain with clarity Saint-Gobain’s strategy and developments

    Internal control:

    • Check the compliance of the Application Competency Centers with the Internal Control Framework, in order to be fully compliant with the IT General Controls tested by the External auditors, and specifically:

    Senior Process Engineer - Isover

    WHY DO WE NEED YOU ?

    The primary purpose of the role is to provide leadership and develop/deploy the Policy Deployment actions across the site, achieving optimum team and production performance.

    Reporting through the Plant Manager, the Senior Process Engineer will understand the strategic objectives for the plant (through the Policy Deployment process), and translate this into a clearly defined Department action plan.  The role will be accountable for the delivery of that action plan on a short-medium term time line.

    In addition, the Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for the development of the Department team, actively encouraging through their own behaviour, an environment where people act safely and develop to their full potential.

    Electrical & Instrumentation Line Engineer

    • BEng/ BSc. Electrical

    • Ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operation of the factory.
    • Ensure good maintenance standards to minimise down time and cost.
    • Draw up maintenance schedules for all equipment in the section and ensure that these schedules are maintained.
    • To inspect all sections of the plant frequently and to assess demands that will be made on the C&I department, to action plans accordingly.
    • To do fault finding on machines, and to improve plant efficiency by optimising the available equipment.
    • To identify improvements in the process that could be made by modifying or replacement of plant and to bring such information to the attention of management.
    • Generate reports from scada system /SQL server for production analysis as required by management.
    • To identify and conduct such training on computer, Scada and PLC systems that will enable engineering and operating personnel to optimise such systems.
    • Programme, design and modify PLC, Scada and Industrial Computer network systems, and to assist in establishing and enforcing protocol for such systems.
    • Maintain a high standard of discipline and adherence to company procedures and required safety standards.
    • Enforce corrective discipline where required.
    • Ensure that both he and his subordinates obey safety regulations and observe safety precautions as laid down in the Machinery and Occupational Safety Act
    • Lead project teams to ensure World Class Manufacturing (WCM) projects are completed timeously.
    • Prepare Capex applications for improvement projects.
    • Ensure a clean and organised work environment in line with 5S.
    • Ensuring contractor compliance to all SGCP standards and procedures.
    • To inform plant management of all situations or conditions that could result in downtime and to take all such remedial action as is necessary to minimise downtime as a result thereof.
    • Negotiate, in the company’s interests, with suppliers of equipment and services. Ensuring that proper specifications are given to such suppliers, and that work done by such is of the required standard.
    • You will from time to time be required to work outside of normal working hours in support of the production and technical departments. This may entail call out duty or phone call support as appropriate.
    • Perform other tasks as specified by the Engineering Manager.

    Control and Instrumentation (C&I) Technician

    WHY DO WE NEED YOU ?

    To effectively and efficiently execute breakdown maintenance, planned maintnenace, daily tasks and improvement projects in the C&I engineering discipline

    IS THIS JOB FOR YOU ?

    • Matric or equivalent
    • N6 Technician (Electrical/Control and Instrumentation) Trade Test pass
    • Wireman’s license would be an advantage
    • 3 - 5 Years relevant experience within manufacturing / plant environment
    • Experience within a 24-hour manufacturing plant, as part of the maintenance team (electrical & instrumentation).
    • Experience will include plant maintenance C&I and electrical.
    • Computer literacy essential.
    • Be able to interact and communicate effectively on all levels;
    • Root causing and troubleshooting of electrical, control & instrumentation systems as well as industrial networks
    • In depth knowledge of Siemens, Schneider and Alan Bradley PLC’s
    • Knowledge of Modsoft 984 Ladder Logic programming
    • In depth knowledge of Control Expert software and AVEVA Historian,
    • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition software programming experience, (Wonderware and WinCC)
    • In depth knowledge of field instrumentation (temperature, flow, pressure, level etc) setup and calibration
    • Knowledge of signal processing and loop checking
    • Good knowledge of network architecture practices and industrial communication protocols (ModbusTCP/Ethernet IP)
    • Proficient in low voltage installations, panel wiring and cable terminations in accordance with SANS 10142
    • Knowledge of combustion systems is advantageous
    • Knowledge of VSD’s/soft starters – install, setup, fault finding
    • Knowledge of motors – install, setup, fault find, test
    • Knowledge of electro-pneumatic/hydraulic systems
    • Knowledge of transformer operation and maintenance
    • Design, read, interpret wiring diagrams
    • Computer proficient – MS office
    • Must have own reliable transport
    • Project management skills - candidate should be able to work independently without supervision.
    • Good communication skills, be able to effectively communicate plant risks and solutions (short term and long term) to management and peers
