Duties and Responsibilities

Handle claims  

• Investigate claims and ensure they are coded correctly before releasing 
• Validate all claims 
• Ensure that customer price books are in line with Clover standards 
• Process claims in line with SLA 
• Prepare documentation for the buyers 

Administer pricing  

• Prepare, load and reconcile deals         
• Ensure that all the deals are captured correctly and timeously in the system        
• Follow up price queries  and managing customer pricing claims

Handle internal and external customers  

• Build customer relations 
• Provide Key Account Managers with reports 
• Liaise with debtors on a daily basis

Requirements

• Grade 12 scholars: minimum overall average of 65%.
• University students: Overall average of 65% in the final exam of the previous academic year.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (read, write and speak).
• Willingness to enter into a funding agreement.
• Available to complete vacation work at a Clover site.
• Mobile and willing to relocate on completion of studies in order to complete work-back period.

Perform administrative tasks  

• Request quotes, create/accept purchase orders
• Compile minutes
• Maintain systems: Entropy; ELKE etc
• Compile reports
• Maintain registers
• Coordinate meetings
• Control and balance figures
• Assist with audits
• File and secure documents - comply with document retention policy
• Maintain system: Quality Management System
• Prepare documents for meetings
• Book boardrooms / venues for meetings when required
• Ordering and purchasing of external consumables for the laboratory
• Maintain training records for all laboratory staff
