    BI Data Analyst

    Job Purpose

    Maintain the Principles, Standards, Policies and Procedures for BI across the business.

    Continuously look for opportunities to improve the overall profitability of the business through effective data management, reporting and regular testing.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Create and Maintain the Principles, Standards, Policies and Procedures for BI
    •  Work closely with campaign & channel managers across the enterprise to ensure best possible performance.
    •  Explore and recommend emerging technologies, framework, methods to support/enhance all BI Capabilities.
    •  Reporting and monitoring on the profitability of all channels
    •  Continuously researching BI initiatives to ensure effective ways to deliver optimal performance.
    •  Retrieving data from various platforms and aggregating results into a proprietary database.
    •  Analyzing, measuring and interpreting digital and direct marketing ROI with the ability to deliver insights and suggestions in a constructive and concise manner

     

    Essential Qualification

    • Relevant Business and/or Information Technology related degree or equivalent qualification
    • Post Graduate qualification advantageous

     

    Minimum Experience Level

    • 3- 5 years general work experience in a BI/ Data environment
    • At least have worked in a BI or Data Management role.
    • Understanding of data management disciplines outside analytics (data modelling, data integration, data warehousing, BI Tools etc)
    • Familiarity with BI technologies (Qlik advantageous)
    • Advanced Knowledge of SQL queries (SQL Server), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

    Senior Digital Media Planner/Strategist

    (Agency)-This person will also be required to build robust relationships with clients, be accountable for annual, quarterly and ad hoc media strategy mapping and planning, quarterly reviews, monthly tracking of the brand against prepared and approved strategies, be responsible for optimization of a strategy, trend reports etc and be willing to travel where required.

    Tasks may include but is not limited to:

    • Digital Media Strategy & Presentations
    • Digital Media Tactics & idea generation
    • Digital Media Plans
    • Media Trend presentation preparation, and digital media audits
    • Monthly, quarterly and annual report presentation
    • Client and Internal agency communication, client servicing and engagement
    • Weekly Client status meeting where applicable (Internal and external with client)
    • Weekly / Monthly client engagement
    • Research for Presentation Purposes
    • Engage with digital media planners and managers to ensure execution of the strategy
    • Relationships with and knowledge of publisher offerings important
    • Set achievable KPI’s and metrics
    • Able to manage agency counterparts in relation to retrieving assets according to deadlines defined by approved media plans
    • Responsible and accountable for strategy reporting and objective measuring\ monitoring\ optimization

    SAP DevOps Engineer

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    •        Analysis -

    Work closely with the Platform Specialists to receive detailed business / user requirement specifications that identify the goal of the program. They assist with the preparation of a technical requirements document, including systems and flowcharts that diagrammatically show how the information will flow through the computer and its peripheral or related equipment. They analyse the business requirements and ensure that the designed solution meets these requirements.

    •        Design -

    Transform the detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document which focuses on how to deliver the required functionality. They perform proof of concept if required. They compile detailed technical specifications based on their designs for developers or IT Programmers to implement.

     

    •        Development -

    Converts a design into a complete information system including acquiring and installing the systems environment, creating and testing databases, preparing test case procedures, preparing test files, coding, compiling, refining programs and performing test readiness review and procurement activities. The Senior DevOps Engineer ensures that throughout the development phase, the process is documented including the development procedures for application use and security.

    •        Integration and Testing -

    Once the application has been designed, the Senior DevOps Engineer ensures that their team tests the program prior to its deployment and release. If the test does not deliver the required results, the Senior DevOps Engineer examines the program errors in logic and data and makes the necessary recommendations to correct the program if required and if necessary, they will escalate the problem to the IT Application Manager.

    Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Typically requires extensive related experience with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree; or extensive experience
    • Relevant SAP PS Certification beneficial
    • Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial
    • Agile related certifications preferable.
    • Worked in extreme programming environment

     

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 8 – 10 years of SAP PS Development and Support experience. S/4HANA experience is beneficial.
    • Substantial years of experience deploying software solutions to clients in an outsourced or similar IT environment.
    • Substantial experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies.
    • Agile execution work experience
