    What You’ll Achieve
    As a Product Manager, you will define and execute a technical plan to support multiple product lines, utilizing market analysis to craft assortment and pricing strategy. You will drive the top and bottom line, optimizing all aspects of the portfolio P&L by delivering smart assortment, creating continual channel improvements and delivering the best customer experience.

    You will:

    • Develop the merchandising vision and strategy, product roadmap and launches in support of goals and objectives
    • Apply a thoughtful combination of marketing levers to drive sell-in and ensure sell-through, enabling smooth inventory transitions and migrating excess supply
    • Utilise media agencies and other external vendors to establish a solid go-to-market strategy that delivers on revenue, units and margin
    • Use customer and market research, usage/segmentation and market analysis to create assortment decisions and improvements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives, working closely with marketing to launch products and ensure adoption

    Essential Requirements:

    • 12 to 15 years of related experience as a technology merchandising specialist
    • A deep understanding of customer needs, the products and the external landscape
    • An innovative and creative spirit, to enjoy the considerable diversity of the role
    • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maximise relationships, positively influencing all colleagues and partners

    Senior Technician, Client Technical Support

    What you’ll achieve
    As a Senior Technical Support Technician, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.

    Sales Engineer - OEM & Video Surveillance

    What you’ll achieve

    The OEM Sales Engineer will be responsible for a portfolio of customers in the South Africa region.

    You will:

    • Lead & drive pre-sales technical support to the (field) sales team and to the customer for OEM and Video Surveillance Designs across the region.
    • Be accountable for the technical validity and interoperability of solution and the direct relationship with the customer’s strategic business plans.
    • Customarily and regularly be engaged at client facilities and deliver high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills.
    • Define the overall Dell OEM and Video Surveillance solution for the customer and make presentations on all aspects of company products and services.
    • Prepare detailed product specifications for the purpose of selling high end product and solutions. Conduct customer needs analysis. Provide project scoping. Coordinate internal specialists and inter-department activities. Assist sellers in creating demand for product.

    Essential Requirements

    • Expert in enterprise solutions and architecture design.
    • High degree of technical competency to respond to customer needs and to discuss/present product capabilities and applications with technical users/buyers.
    • Confident to work in a complex matrix environment and with remote teams. Great team worker and positive attitude.
    • Strong customer-oriented attitude, Organization and planning skills.
