    Intern Cardiac Clinical Tech Graduate

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    To provide in-OR/Cath-Lab support to facilitate adoption of MDT Cardiac Rhythm Management technology during implant procedures; as well as in-field support for CRM patient follow-ups.  Create strong adoption/demand from clinical stakeholders and build robust relationships with clinicians based on unparalleled therapy insights.  Opportunity to develop into field of Cardiac Electrophysiology.

    This role actively generates sales through clinical support.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Complete CRM Level I to IV training, followed by in-field experience in Brady, ICD and CRT.
    • Responsible for driving & generating sales within an identified territory and accounts.
    • Provides clinical and technical support during Implants, patient follow ups, Pre-and Post opp.
    • Provides case support, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
    • May provide follow-up support to the regional sales teams and external stakeholders by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
    • Provides the clinical stakeholder with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
    • May deliver technical or scientific presentations at customer locations.
    • Delivers on-site education and consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
    • Coordination with clinical stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of MDT CRM technology.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Technology - Compulsory

    Territory Manager - Diabetes

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    People Manager responsible for sales, employee coaching and development across the total Medtronic portfolio.  Establishing the collaboration between Sales and Enabler functions for the successful execution of the Business and Marketing Strategy.  The Territory lead will also be responsible for Key Stakeholder Management in specifically targeted accounts.

    Communicates values, growth drivers, strategies, and objectives; assigns responsibilities, monitors performance, develops a culture that encourages open dialogue and engagement.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of a sales team within the Western Cape Region, to achieve established sales and profit targets as well as Business KPI’s.
    • Develops and/or implements business strategies for existing and potential targeted accounts.
    • Manages the day-to-day activities of a sales team, to drive the organization’s overall sales strategy for the Western Cape Region.
    • Develops and maintains strong relationships with all KOL’s and relevant functions in order to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs.
    • Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet/exceed the organization's sales plans to increase market share.
    • Assesses need for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analysis, and implements business strategies.
    • Coaches and supports sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
    • Drives business transformation.
    • Ensures short and long-term effectiveness of the organization by attracting, developing and retaining key talent. 

    Must Have: Minimum Requirements

    Business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification

    • At least 7 years’ experience in sales with a proven track recordRelevant product and industry knowledge related to MedtronicExperience with relevant software applications.Managerial previous experience is a must. Self-Motivated, Team Player, proven leadership qualities
