    Manager - Century City Cape Town

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Process and reconcile monthly client transactions from source documents
    • Review monthly client transactions
    • Produce monthly management account reports and statutory returns (VAT)

    • Prepare annual compilation working paper files

    • Approve timesheets, leave and overtime

    • Authorise competencies for SAIPA trainees as per logbook

    • Prepare quotes
    • Facilitate training initiatives and ensure training plan for the department is in place and executed
    • Department strategic leadership
    • Prepare annual budget for department, monitor actual results to budget on a monthly basis and provide reasons for variations

    Minimum Requirements

    • Qualification: Recognised 3 year degree as per the SAIPA/SAICA requirements
    • Minimum experience: At least 5+ years experience within an accounting / auditing environment of which 2 years in a senior role;
    • Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles: Required
    • Professional membership: Required

    Recruitment Consultant - Johannesburg

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Independently coordinate the full recruitment cycle for intermediate to senior level roles (screening, interviewing, assessments when required through to offer stage
    • Conducting candidate reference checks where applicable.
    • Reviewing relevant offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring that accuracy and quality is maintained.
    • Responsible for candidate relationship management, manages prospects and creates talent pools for specific niche roles across various regions and disciplines.
    • Provides the initial briefing as well as the final presentation of candidates to HR Business Partners and/or Talent Acquisition Managers (when required) ensuring a consistent and effective review process for each candidate.
    • Conducts qualifying calls with candidates based on “must have” requirements needed for certain roles.

    Minimum Requirements

    Candidate requirements:

    • Matric & recognised HR qualification (in either Social Sciences, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or similar)
    • A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in similar role and environment (audit, legal or professional services) – essential
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience sourcing at an intermediate to senior level
    • Proven track record in managing stakeholders
    • Proven track record in managing a high number of specs at any given time
    • In-depth knowledge of BCEA, LRA and EE Act
    • Proven experience with recruitment metrics
    • Knowledge of recruitment systems, databases and processes
