    Digital Marketing, Advertising and Retargeting Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.
    • Develop and oversee SEO/SEM strategies for all websites
    • Monitor and optimize website traffic and conversions to drive business goals
    • Analyze performance data and provide monthly reports on digital marketing campaigns
    • Execute automated and other retargeting strategies to drive conversions and increase ROI
    • Manage OTA and other online listings to ensure accurate and consistent information

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
    • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms
    • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and strategies
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools
    • Experience in implementing retargeting strategies and analyzing performance data
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Certification in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms is a plus

    Half Day Sales Rep - Hotels & Confrencing

    Accounts Clerk

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Capturing payments and / or invoices on the accounting system both accurately and timeously after verifying supporting documents for validity, accuracy and completeness
    • Capturing journal entries on the accounting system both accurately and timeously
    • Making General Ledger entries and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions
    • Reconciling records of all banking transactions
    • Assembling deposits and maintaining accurate records relating to accounts receivable
    • Bringing books to trial balance in preparation for other Team member(s) to create financial statements
    • Reconciling or noting and reporting any discrepancies found in records
    • Reviewing, investigating, and correcting any errors and inconsistencies that may be found in financial entries, documents and / or reports
    • Assisting the Accounts Team and / or Management of the company in dealing with the accounts department's work-flow and processes
    • Timeously responding to queries related to all financial transactions (accurate and relevant responses)
    • Recommending new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the accounts department and the services it renders
    • Ensuring the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadlines
    • Dealing with sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity, in compliance with the POPI Act and other relevant legislation
    • Performance of general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones and dealing with routing correspondence, as and when required
    • Collation and capturing of information on relevant templates, as and when required
    • Complying with statutory, as well as company policies, procedures and regulations
    • As this role forms part of an Accounts Team, the successful candidate may be required to assist with ad hoc duties in support of the Accounts Team in reaching their deadlines and executing their duties effectively and efficiently
    • This role may require some over-time / after-hours work from time to time and as and when the need may arise

    Desired Experience & Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 and / or equivalent qualification
    • 3 - 5 Years of experience in a similiar role
    • Driver's licence and own transport essential
    • Computer literate (MS Office) with good knowledge and skills in MS Excel
    • A working knowledge of Sage Evolution will be an added advantage
    • Attention to detail

    Assistant to CEO

    Refrigerator Technician

    Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems
    • Perform repairs and maintenance on refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines
    • Install new refrigeration systems and equipment
    • Test and calibrate refrigeration systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
    • Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance work performed
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and advancements in refrigeration systems

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role
    • Certification in refrigeration or HVAC systems preferred
    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of refrigeration systems
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
