    Field Sales Executive

    • Develop and administer field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

    What you’ll own

    • Administer field sales plans and processes, including providing input for sales forecasting, budgeting, etc.
    • Deliver sales objectives and revenue growth for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment
    • Ensure x4 shipments per day to support the driving of sales volumes
    • Ensure effective pipeline management by always upholding a pipeline strength of 40% (of total portfolio revenue)
    • Secure new business (x4 FTBs per month) and build on existing core business through repeat orders
    • Identify and contact prospective customers and build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business
    • Check and understand type and size of customer requirements, and suggest products/ service/ alternative products/ services

    • Convince external parties such as sceptical customers, institutions, etc. who are sceptical or unwilling to accept proposals or where decision making process and standards are defined and mandatory
    • Ensure that daily updates regarding client visits, client information, sales activity and any other required data are captured using the applicable CRM tools.
    • To assist with any other functions outside of the job description to ensure that the Sales Department runs effectively and efficiently according to network standards as required.

    What we are looking for

    • Degree in Business or similar in related discipline, commercial, business, marketing preferred.
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Minimum 3 years of Field Sales experience in consumer/retail and/or marketing planning.
    • Orientation in the field of transport and forwarding advantageous.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity and preferably in a mid-size organisation of a related industry.

    Senior Manager - Program Delivery

    What You'll Bring

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 6 years' project or programme delivery experience within DHL Express, or
    • 10–15 years of project/program management experience in a large, complex multinational environment.

    Functional Knowledge

    In this Head of Road Freight & IWS position

    • Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships

    Documentation Administrator

    Job Purpose:

    • Administer import/ export plans and processes to provide preparation and clearance of documentation through the relevant authorities and guide and advise customers on import/ export operations and regulations in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.

    Key Tasks:

    • Under direct supervision, support delivery of import/ export processes and activities to optimize service and performance

    GRA Clerk

    Job Purpose:

    • To manage and control duties to agreed levels of performance and to contribute to the continuous improvement of the inventory process. To co-ordinate functions in order to maximise utilisation - productivity and customer service.  Service delivery - on time & in full - accurately.  Ensure customer service is the highest standard and that losses to the company are kept to a minimum.  To always maintain the integrity of the company.  To adhere to inventory processes whilst ensuring all Health and Safety, Legal and Security requirements are met.  To comply with the standard operating procedures of the goods receiving function and KPI measures in place.  Perform administrative tasks in line with operational requirements.     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform administrative tasks in line with relative SOP
    • Extract and report submission for outstanding POD’s and comments of received POD’s to be processed on report. (Submission to be done by 10am)                              
    • Report on outstanding RSO’s.                                                                                      
    • Daily report of POD’s received from customers/transporters (to track if POD’s are received as from other parties as per agreement).    
    • Send report for heat logs (to keep track of credits not yet processed).                    
    • Check documents in against exit documents - advise transport department of any missing invoices.                                                   
    • Investigate with transport department of any missing invoices                                          
    • Reconcile returns/uplifts to tally sheets and record forced uplifts - allocate reason codes for returned stock.                                         
    • Process returns /uplifts into the system accurately according to the relevant SOP, within 24hrs                                                                     
    • Process POD’s daily.                                                                                         
    • Attend to customer queries and requests. Adhere to 72-hour resolution for customer query. If not resolved escalate to superior.                                                      
    • Process credits daily. If no feedback provided in 24 hours escalate to superior.   
    • Audit, file and scan all POD’s processed for the day and upload to Oculus or any customer POD potals                                                          
    • Send end of day report for processed, audit and filed and POD’s awaiting for heat logs.
    • Audit and filing report sent to document storage supplier and request for box collection once or twice a week.                                         
    • Meeting of KPI’s (POD’s on RSO and Outstanding reports for more than 14 days to be cleared)                                                                          
    • All POD’s outstanding to be investigated and requested from the relevant parties. Include management and supervisor.                      
    • If POD’s not received in time request from Transporters and/or backdoor checking suppliers to avoid not adhering to KPI’s.                
    • Retrieval of invoices from the Creeds portal                                                                         
    • RSO clean up and Uplift clean up in Pride/TOMS gets done weekly.                                         
    • Processing on TOMS                                                                                        
    • Keep the damages cage neat and ensure frequent processing of return orders.

    Procurement & Finance Clerk

    Job Purpose:

    • Accountable and responsible for the procurement and financial processes within his/her geographical scope.

    In this Procurement & Finance Clerk position

    • Daily bank reconciliations and cash flow, and final bank reconciliation at month-end for current, dollar and call accounts.
    • Processing of creditors invoices and cashbook entries.
    • Reconciliations of accounts receivable and accounts payable and currency revaluations.
    • Monthly reconciliation of local DTM expenditure and income.

    • Authorizing AP’s and entering the transactions in Pastel.
    • Add transactions on the bank.
