    Outlying Operations Roaming Store Manager – iStore (Based in Rosebank)

    Job Description

    • iStore, the home of everything Apple and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is looking for a highly adaptable and dynamic Outlying Operations Roaming Store Manager to join our team.
    • This role is based in Rosebank, however, the successful candidate will be required to travel and temporarily relocate at short notice to support various iStores across the country where operational support is needed. These locations include iStores in Highveld, Mall of the North, Loch Logan, Ilanga, Vaal, and Waterfall.
    • As a Roaming Store Manager, you will take full accountability for store performance during your deployment period, stepping in to stabilise operations, lead teams, and ensure the store delivers on all commercial and customer experience objectives. Assignments may vary in duration depending on business needs.
    • All reasonable costs associated with temporary relocation, including accommodation and travel, will be covered by the business.

    Job Description

    • The iStore Technical Support Technicians are a combination of technically strong individuals with great people skills.  
    • Your role would be to provide technical support to the iStore customers, through trouble shooting, resolving technical issues and software support. You will also provide training and assistance to iStore customers when required as well as exceptional and professional quality support service.

    eCommerce Analytics & CRO Specialist

    Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded eCommerce Analytics & CRO Specialist to turn insight into action and help optimise every step of the customer journey across our web and app platforms.
    • If you’re someone who can spot friction before others see it, translate data into clear opportunity, and influence real commercial outcomes — this role is for you.

    What you’ll be doing

    Own the data that drives performance

    • Take full ownership of GA4 across iStore’s eCommerce environments, ensuring accurate tracking across web and app
    • Build and maintain real-time dashboards that give clear visibility into performance across traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue
    • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear, commercially relevant insights — not just data

    Understand how customers actually behave

    • Lead on-site behaviour analysis using tools like Hotjar (or equivalent), reviewing session recordings, heatmaps, and user journeys
    • Identify friction points across key journeys — from homepage through to checkout
    • Conduct detailed funnel analysis to understand where and why customers drop off

    Turn insight into optimisation

    • Translate data into actionable recommendations that directly inform UX/UI improvements and CRO testing
    • Partner with the Conversion Lead to develop structured, insight-led test briefs
    • Support A/B testing processes, including post-test analysis and reporting on results and statistical significance

    Track and improve conversion performance

    • Monitor conversion rates across all markets and platforms, identifying risks and opportunities early
    • Provide full-funnel visibility to highlight where revenue is being won or lost
    • Support campaign and promotional analysis to measure true conversion impact

    Build a culture of continuous improvement

    • Maintain a structured insight and testing library to inform ongoing optimisation
    • Ensure data integrity and proactively flag tracking or reporting issues

    What you’ll need

    Qualifications

    • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
    • GA4 certification (highly advantageous)
    • Additional certifications in analytics or behaviour tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) are a plus

    Experience

    • 2–4 years in digital analytics, CRO, or eCommerce insights
    • Strong hands-on experience with GA4 (event tracking, funnels, custom reporting)
    • Experience with heatmapping/session recording tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar)
    • Exposure to A/B testing and CRO methodologies
    • Experience building dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
    • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento is advantageous

    eCommerce Operations Agent

    Job Description

    • To deliver a seamless, world-class customer experience across all eCommerce fulfilment operations in South Africa. This role is responsible for ensuring on-time and in-full delivery performance across all courier partners, with a strong focus on Same Day and Scheduled deliveries.
    • The role oversees daily order execution, customer exception handling, omni-channel store support, reverse logistics, and overall customer experience across all digital channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Fulfilment & Operations

    Manage daily order health across all SA channels (Same Day, Scheduled, Click & Collect, and store delivery), ensuring:

    • 98% SLA adherence
    • 100% daily order processing and courier handover

    Oversee TMS and courier partner performance, including:

    • Driver availability
    • Capacity planning (especially for sale and peak events)
    • Same Day delivery transfers
    • Maintain and optimise capacity plans and reporting dashboards
    • Continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, and controls to minimise errors, delays, and risk
    • Administer eCommerce orders, ensuring accuracy in delivery and returns processing
    • Forecast, procure, and manage packaging materials (boxes, envelopes, etc.) across stores
    • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated eCommerce order issues across all channels

    Customer Experience & Escalations

    • Manage customer communication for escalations, delivery updates, and SLA breach notifications
    • Oversee returns, complaints, and operational incidents across Click & Collect and store delivery

    Manage stock transfers (SCTs) to fulfil Click & Collect orders where stock is unavailable

    • Ensure completion within 48 hours
    • Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout

    Omni-channel Collaboration & Store Enablement

    • Partner with Store Managers and Operations teams to ensure consistent execution of Click & Collect and store delivery
    • Share weekly performance reports, KPIs, and SLA metrics with store teams
    • Deliver training on operational processes, tools, and best practices

    Drive a strong omni-channel culture through:

    • Regular engagement and communication
    • Recognition of successes
    • Facilitated cross-store operational forums
    • Provide operational support in-store when required, including picking, invoicing, and on-the-job training

    Qualifications

    • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
    • Relevant qualification in Administration, Business, Information Systems, or similar (preferred)

    Experience Required

    • 2–3 years’ experience in retail or store operations
    • Experience in eCommerce operations, fulfilment, or logistics
    • Exposure to platforms such as Magento or Shopify (advantageous)
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Apple equivalents
