    Specialist: Social Media

    Core Description    

    • Responsible for the content strategy, implementation, digital production, design and development of social channels for consumer and/or business customers according to market requirements and customer expectations. 
    • Also responsible for driving breakthrough social innovation, understand and manage social media platforms (paid and earned media), best practices within the portfolio, serve as an expert sounding-board on digital channel platforms, manage and engage with social communities, experience with social media data analytics and social service related matters. 
    • The digital marketing portfolio will be required to ensure that all digital channels are effectively utilised to drive sales of all Telkom products and services and to ensure that the to ensure the brand, product and PR efforts are amplified where relevant.
