    Bookkeeper - Cape Town

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Record the day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
    • Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements
    • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledger.
    • Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
    • Enter data (internal accounting databases and spreadsheets), maintain records and create reports

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices
    • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external partners.

    Safaris Touring Consultant - Cape Town

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Quoting, managing and making tour operating bookings including flights, transfers, restaurant reservations, as well as accommodation bookings.
    • Help clients and agents identify the ideal travel itinerary based on their plans and requirements.
