    Specialist: Programme Management - Centurion

    Core Description

    Lead the delivery of various strategic initiatives at a programme and project level to support enablement of BCX strategy implementation. Ensure delivery of programmes & projects within scope, required timelines, budget provisions and quality standards.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Drive and manage allocated programme(s) towards the realisation of BCX strategic initiatives.
    • Work closely with programme sponsor and project delivery team to ensure programme expectations are aligned to BCX strategic priorities.
    • Ensure that the projects are delivered according to the defined approach and standards for the BCX Strategic Projects Portfolio.
    • Coordinate with the BCX ePMO Programme Assurance team to ensure compliance to enterprise-wide delivery approach, standards, and tools.
    • Develop, create a baseline, and track the integrated programme management plan that manages interdependencies across projects within the programme.
    • Coordinate with key programme stakeholders and ensure that they are engaged and receive all relevant programme progress updates and reporting.
    • Ensure that governance forums are established, governance meetings are convened and facilitated, and meeting minutes with actions & agreed decisions are published.
    • Monitor and track risks and issues dependencies closely, and work with key programme stakeholders to close them out.
    • Collaborate with the programme stakeholders to identify and forecast resource requirements across the planning horizon.
    • Input continuous improvement feedback to enhance the programme management processes as required.

    Spec: IAM Technical Architect - Centurion

    Core Description

    • Subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architectures.
    • To develop solutions and design for BCX clients in accordance with their business requirements and service level agreements adhering to the BCX internal OLAs, quality standards whilst following the end to end solution process and lead to cash process. The NSA will remain responsible throughout the process until the first bill is produced.
    • In addition, support the achievement of the Business Unit and Business Area new business and annuity revenue targets.
    • Contributing to the Business Unit Strategy and Operational Model to achieve the business unit’s objectives and new business and annuity revenue targets.
    • Support in the development of a UC network solution architecture capability to enable the use of an architecture approach for planning and delivering ICT projects and solutions.
    • Accountable for deploying Business Unit Offerings and Solutions aligned with the Business Unit ICT Strategy. Accountable to provide the respective product development areas with insights and trends related to ICT developments as attained from the interactions with customers and vendors in support of new developing new products and services.
    • Must ensures that time to return proposals to clients is continually improved through continued use of: tools provided, standard design templates and challenging business areas for rate cards, collateral and improved tools. This includes administrative tasks such as project files and serials via pre-sales tools. Must maintain and improve OLA to business areas for solution architecture.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Develop Voice and Unified Communications and contact centre solution architecture for clients that meet the required levels of quality and standards within the negotiated and agreed service levels, operational level agreements or contracts
    • Integrate architecture with existing solutions/infrastructure as well as integrate with other impacted solutions for the client.
    • Support and enhance the foundation for network solution architecture.
    • Accountable for producing business unit solutions that meet the required levels of quality and standards within negotiated and agreed service levels, operational level agreements or contracts.
    • Identifying and mitigating technology, commercial and delivery risks in proposed solutions.
    • Engaging with external clients, along with BCX stakeholders, to understand and shape client strategy and requirements and subsequently presenting solution proposals to those clients.
    • Providing input to client contract negotiations where required.
    • Participate in deal qualification or selection processes timeously by responding to RFI / RFP's, prepare solution documentation and presentations.
    • Establish and enhance relationships and network with partners, vendors, as wells as internal and external clients in the business unit solutions that meet the required levels of quality and standards within negotiated and agreed service levels, operational level agreements or contracts.

    Specialist: Process Engineer - Centurion

    Core Description

    Responsible for designing quality As-Is and target state business processes. Assess the needs of BCX via analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, supported by recommendations for optimisation.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Update, design, document and deliver As-Is and To-Be business processes aligned to the BCX process management methods and standards
    • Apply continuous improvement methods to identify optimisation and automation opportunities, risks and controls during As-Is and To-Be process analysis
    • Ensure processes are documented and updated in the BCX process management repository, according to the established notation and standards

    Core Description

    • Install, monitor, test and maintain backup solutions. To provide specialised technical support (technology specific) and guidance through high level analysis, diagnosis and problem solving. This includes support, installation, implementation of IT systems for client specific projects
