    Power Technique Sales Engineer (Air and Tools Division)

    Your role

    • Develop the Portable Air business within the Southern African region.
    • Working closely with customers and our dealer network on primarily drilling and blasting related applications within the Mining, Construction, Rental, Industrial and Oil and Gas segments.
    • In depth understanding of diesel and electric mobile compressors applications and related tools, accessories, and cloud for customers (C4C).
    • Proven experience in the sizing and total cost of ownership calculations for mobile compressed air applications such as drilling, breaking and blasting.  
    • Play an integral part in the regional business development strategy for the Portable Air Division. 
    • Offer application support to our dealers and customers within the Southern African region. 
    • Be dynamic, determined and results driven with the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Committed to achieving the goals and plans as set out and agreed on by the division. 
    • Contract preparation and negotiation for all prospective orders. 
    • Continually building relationships with new and existing clients whilst promoting air and sustainability solutions within the field. 

    To succeed, you will need

    • Educational Qualifications. Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualifications would be advantageous.
    • A valid driver’s licence and passport for possible local and regional travel within Southern Africa will be required.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and CRM (C4C and SAP) system.

    Holdings SA - B-BBEE Administrator

    Your role

    This role encompasses ensuring compliance with local legislation on Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) The overriding mission will be to ensure that Atlas Copco Industrial South Africa (ACISA) complies, measures and monitors all aspects related to B-BBEE

    • Ensure that Black Economic Enterprises (B-BBEE) are sourced, evaluated and developed in line with relevant legislation and codes.
    • Budget control: Ensure that expenditure on BEE figures is correct and accurate.
    • Manage the maintenance of Quality Management Survey (QMS) and act as a QMS Representative for Supplier Management
    • Maintain ACISA B-BBEE plan, generate monthly scorecards for B-BBEEE and ensure effective measurement and monitoring of all B-BBEE scorecard pillars.
    • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Manage procurement cycle by tracking and analysing various management reports.
    • Implement an effective and on-going communication strategy with the ACISA stakeholders.
    • Ensure that all procurement activities are in adherence to Corporate Governance
    • Effective management of contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA) with all ACISA’s Enterprise and Supplier Development candidates
    • Conduct Training to end users and stakeholders on the ACISA Supply Chain Procedure and processes.
    • Provide an ethical and transparent procurement process that supports sustainability.
    • Responsible for accurate record keeping relating to B-BBEE
    • Be the primary contact with internal and external parties for all B-BBEE /related matters for ACISA.
    • Perform any other function or duties as may be required whilst carrying out your duties or in terms of “The Way We Do Things”.

    To succeed, you will need

    • Degree in Human Resource Management, with minimum 1 -2 years’ experience in HR and or B-BBEE administration with specific emphasis on B-BBEE Compliance
    • Energetic self-starter, innovative and highly motivated
    • Must be a team player.
    • Computer literate with proficiency in MS-Office applications
    • Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, negotiating and analytical skills
    • Good communication skills and customer needs orientated.
    • Proficiency in English both in written and spoken format.

    • Ability to maintain a professional attitude in a fast paced and changing environment.
    • Exceptionally detailed oriented and organised
