    Manager - Research & Programme Development

    Requirements

    •  A relevant B degree
    •  5 to 8 years relevant experience with extensive experience at managerial level
    •  Computer Literacy: MS Office, SAP would be advantageous
    •  A valid driver’s licence with own transportation

    Key Performance Areas

    •  Manages and conducts research and the monitoring and evaluation of the Department’s programmes and advises on their efficiency and effectiveness.
    •  Ensures best practice and evidence led programme implementation related to ECD and Youth Development, Street People and Safe Spaces, Substance Abuse and Gender Development and Vulnerable Groups.
    •  Manages the development and review of policies and strategies related to programme implementation.
    •  Manages integrated programme planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation across the Department as well as other City Departments.

    HS 26/24 Professional Nurse

    Requirements

    •  Current registration with the SANC
    •  Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery

    Senior Professional Officer - Heritage Education Officer

    Requirements

    •  B Tech or first Degree in relevant fields;
    •  A post graduate Diploma in e.g. Curatorship, Heritage,
    •  Exhibition development, will be advantageous;

     Minimum 5 years relevant experience in:

    •   Hosting of history/heritage and cultural education, training and  capacity building programmes;

    Senior Professional Officer - Transport Systems

    Requirements

    •  B Tech or first Degree in Engineering, Science or other relevant field
    •  Minimum 5 years’ experience in public transport strategic planning
    •  Eligibility/Registration from an accredited professional body
    •  Experience must include experience in performing public transport planning
    •  Excellent report writing, presentation and communication skills

    Key Performance Areas

    •  Developing the full phase Integrated Public Transport Network (IPTN) plan and phasing plan.
    •  Conduct research in the latest development in the integrated public transport planning discipline
    •  Developing the IPTN phasing plan at metro wide, corridor and other levels
    •  Formulating strategies and systems for input into the annual update of the integrated Transport Plan (ITP) and its 5-yearly review

    HS 27/24 Clinical Nurse Practitioner

    Requirements

    •  Diploma in General Nursing, Midwifery and Community Health Nursing
    •  Diploma in Clinical Nursing Science, health Assessment. Treatment & Care
    •  Diploma in Primary Health Care (PHC)
    •  Registration as a Professional Nurse and Clinical Nurse Practitioner with the South African Nursing Council.
