    Senior Full Stack Developer (Python & Java) (JHB)

    DUTIES:

    • Develop web-based applications that run on micro-services architecture in AWS Cloud.
    • Use best practices for developing high quality software using conventions and standards.
    • Align all application development & development process to Group Architecture & Infrastructure guidelines.
    • Work with integrated teams and other Developers to improve and evolve technical products and services.

    Qualifications

    Experience/Skills

    DUTIES:

    Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

    • Provide first-line support to customers, addressing and resolving technical issues with efficiency and accuracy. This includes handling inquiries related to user and device management, Internet connectivity, firewall and WiFi configurations, and server and MS365 management.
    • System Monitoring and Maintenance:
    • Utilize AI-powered management tools to proactively monitor customer systems, identifying potential issues before they impact business operations. Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance and security.
    • Customer Communication:
    • Serve as a primary contact point for technical inquiries, ensuring clear, empathetic, and timely communication with customers. Explain complex technical issues in an understandable manner, maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
    • Collaboration with Team Leads and Account Managers:
    • Work closely with the Customer Care Support Team Lead and Customer Care Account Managers to align technical support activities with overall customer account strategies. Participate in collaborative projects and initiatives that enhance customer success and business goals.
    • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions. Contribute to the development of support documentation, knowledge bases, and FAQs to assist in customer self-service and team reference.

    Data Reporting/ Market Analyst (Remote)

    DUTIES:

    Analytical Reporting 

    • Analyse and interpret the data and consumer behaviours to deliver meaningful market intelligence which helps clients make informed decisions about their business, brand, products and market strategies. Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets and make recommendations.
    • Tell stories with data by being able to reduce complexity into simple explanations for non-technical audiences.
    • Conduct quality checks of datasets and reports.
    • Troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve data related issues on either an individual basis or in conjunction with the technical team.
    • Flexible and agile with the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Qualifications 

    • A tertiary qualification, BCom or equivalent with two years industry related working experience in FMCG, Customer Insights, Market Research or Retail related industry.  

    Experience/Skills 

    • 2+ Year demonstrated data reporting and visualization using Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Advanced Excel ability).
