    Human Resource Business Partner - 12 Month Contract

    Mission:

    • The purpose of the Human Resource Business Partner role is to replace the current HR Manager until 1 October 2025. During this time the HRBP will be required to develop and execute a People and Leadership strategy and action plan in MineRP to maximize business performance and results

    Customer Care Representative - Consignment

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Measure and report on open order status and GIT for all consignment locations
    • Ensure that the GIT KPI is consistently achieved and that root causes for deviations are identified and addressed
    • Monitor compliance and adherence to consignment procedures and processes
    • Address process gaps with Sales/Marketing and Customer Care
    • Address and report on underlying reasons for non-delivery of past due orders for consignment customers

    HR Business Partner

    Mission

    • Be responsible for a wide range of different strategic and tactical HR tasks including Guided by the regional HR strategy and plan, give input to vision, mission, strategy and structure within the dedicated business area.
    • Responsible for implementing and using the leadership model. Drive and participate in continuous improvement projects within HR.

    Core responsibilities / expectations

    • Leadership Development:  Assist the Management Team with leadership team development. Organize leadership workshops and coach leaders on various topics.
    • Acquiring talent: Responsible for talent review process.  Identifying staffing needs, developing and standardizing job descriptions, conducting interviews to select candidates, recruiting, and onboarding across different departments.
    • HR processes: Developing and aligning policies and ensure compliance with applicable internal policies, law and regulations and provide Line Managers with support in labor law issues.
    • Performance Management: Assist with the Performance Management process to ensure 100% compliance.  Continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources initiatives relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes.

Good knowledge of the National Qualification Framework and merSETA requirements.  Assisting with training programmes for apprenticeships and learnerships, employee bursaries and continues following up.
    • Employee well-being: Ensure ongoing communication to employees regarding the company Wellness programme and investigate workshops focused on mental health, physical well-being, and overall employee wellness.
    • Employee compensation: Align and executing compensation structures and benefits.  Assist with the Salary Review process.

    • HR OPS: Working closely with Line Manager to ensure all HR related duties are undertaken in accordance with employment law, company policy and ensuring any risk to the business is minimised. Assist with HR department duties such as audits, monthly invoicing, and budget control and/or other.
    • Creating a positive workplace culture: Identifying and executing measures to create and maintain a positive and welcoming work environment for all employees. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Nurture a positive working environment
    • Integration: Ensure alignment with the Epiroc way and internal control.

    Competences, skills and experience

    • HR Related degree or equivalent.
    • 5 years of experience from broad HR roles, preferably from similar industry.
    • Proven working experience as HR Business Partner and demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and strategy plan.
    • Previous experience and knowledge of all related labor laws.
    • Previous experience of coaching and developing of staff.
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

    Commercial Specialist

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    Sales & Exports

    • Provide quotations as per customer requests in line with customer requirements for export customer base.
    • Capture PO's when received and ensure delivery times are met.
    • Expedite orders as and when required; ensuring that orders do not excessively exceed promised delivery dates.
    • Invoice in a timely manner and ensure that all export documents are available for shipment despatch.

    Business Controller

    Mission:

    • The DC Business Controller is responsible for the financial reporting, business analysis, inventory control, and to maintain and execute a strong internal control environment of the DC. The BC will be an important advisor to DC management team and responsible for the Assistant Controller and inventory team. The DC Business Controller reports to Regional Business Controller EMEA and is part of a regional team supporting EMEA.
    • Perform, together with the Regional Centre of Excellence, all financial reporting for the DC to the Epiroc Group.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist Regional Supply Chain Manager and management team on all aspects in finance area.
    • Ensure compliance with The Epiroc Way and global Supply Chain financial guidelines and policies
    • Support in the application process for investments and follow-up.
    • Maintain and develop procedures for calculation and execution of cost allocation and distribution, MO-rates, LCF, etc.

    Skills, Competence and Experience:

    • Minimum 5-7 years of controlling, finance or accounting
    • Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills - required
    • Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Finance/Controlling area is an asset
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP system, MS BI and MS Office.
