    MCC Coordinator - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Approving, Controlling, monitoring, tracking of all non-routine and deferred maintenance activities (MEL, CDL etc.) to enable the aircraft to operate within the approved legal limits;
    • Update the Computer based Tracking Platform, Smart Sheet;
    • Support line personnel in trouble shooting for all maintenance defects/ MEL deferment;
    • Communication focal point between crew and engineers on all related defects, and also between aircraft and management for status reports required;
    • Track aircraft, follow up on daily status reports, and maintenance actions completed on the specific aircraft;
    • Coordinate the swapping of aircraft for technical reasons, and their towing to and from Hangers for maintenance;
    • Do the daily a/c scheduling first thing in the morning for the following day and pass on to Ops;
    • Coordinate requests from line, for requested parts with Logistics and engineering input in resolving any maintenance related issues;
    • Communicate to all outstations for feedback on any issues;
    • The Technical Line focal point for information on delays, cancellation of flights or maintenance related issues;
    • Follow up with Fault Analysis for trend monitoring and recurring defect rectification.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent;
    • B737 experience;
    • Previous aviation experience in an operational area;
    • 3-5 years’ experience on the line;
    • Previous experience with troubleshooting and fault finding;
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
    • Willingness to work overtime when required.

    Customer Care Consultant - Bonaero Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the daily communications and interactions on our social media, email, web widget and chat channels;
    • Ensure that all posts are followed up with appropriately;
    • Manage customer queries within a pre-determined Service Level Agreement;
    • Manage and curate the content on the help section of our website to ensure that information is readily available to customers who have questions;
    • Report on major issues that our customers are facing and ensure that these pain points are being addressed;
    • Pre-agreed turn-around times on queries will need to be met to ensure timeous recovery of client experience.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric;
    • Preferably some sort of training in the customer relations call centre type environment;
    • Travel qualifications advantageous;
    • Should have basic computer skills. Internal training on policies, Zendesk, Phone systems, Radix system and PayU (if required);  Some customer relations experience preferential – especially social media management.

    Certified Aviation Technician (Mechanical) - Northern Suburbs

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Required to perform various flight line duties including, but not limited to:

    • Line maintenance;
    • Conduct routine inspections;
    • Fault finding and rectification;
    • Perform A-checks including weekly service checks.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Refunds Clerk - Bonaero Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Allocating payment to bookings that doesn’t reflect on reservation system;
    • Correcting bookings on the reservation system where the charges and payments do not agree;
    • Assess and process refund requests based on the refund policy;
    • Assisting customer/ passengers both verbally and in writing regarding payments and refund queries;
    • Adhoc duties as requested.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12;
    • Diploma or Degree;
    • Solid computer literacy;
    • Excellent communication in English – speak, read and write;

    Senior Warehouse Controller - Bonaero Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct inspections on incoming parts when needed to ensure compliance with Work Instructions and handling any deviations accordingly i.e. quarantine, return etc.;
    • Binning of parts received into respective areas;
    • Complete weekly cycle counts in any of the warehouses as and when needed;
    • Picking and routing of parts from warehouse to hangars or outstations to fulfil maintenance requests;
    • Packaging of parts according to ATA regulations prior to shipping if needed;
    • Dispatching of parts;
    • Accurate record keeping and filing of all documentation pertaining to spares movement;
    • Completion of all relevant shipping documentation;
    • Updating of the stock system to reflect movements;
    • Delivery of parts to line stations if and when needed;
    • Assist Warehouse Supervisor with stock queries;
    • Attend to spares requests sent through email, phone calls or WhatsApp;
    • Doing full stock counts and rectifications;
    • Doing deliveries to suppliers if needed;
    • Assist in Tool Store when needed;
    • Ensure Warehouse access is controlled at all times;
    • Updating of spares requisition system;
    • Must have good admin skills;
    • Carry out general Warehouse duties;
    • Housekeeping;

     REQUIREMENTS:

    • Valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate;
    • 3 to 5 years warehousing experience;
    • Forklift license advantageous;
    • Must have worked on a stock system previously;
    • Must be proficient in MS Office;
    • Must be willing to work shifts;
    • Must have a valid driver’s license;
    • Own transport.

    Call Centre Team Leader - Bonaero Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure that service level agreement turnaround times are met;
    • Ensure that work is of an optimum quality;
    • To provide back-up support for more challenging customer queries where intervention at a higher level is required by the agent;
    • To feedback to Manager: Client Contact Centre on any recurrent issues that passengers appear to be facing;
