    Admissions Clerk - Sandton Day Hospital

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Ensure the efficient functioning of the reception, admission and cashier areas.
    • Answer all phone calls and assist as required.
    • Welcome and direct patients and visitors to requested areas.
    • Assist with the completion of admission documentation
    • Capture admission information in time and correct
    • Ensure that all patients admitted have the required authorisation and/ or made the required payments prior to admission
    • Ensure accuracy in taking and allocating of payments
    • Assist at other reception arrears as required.

     REQUIREMENTS

    Dental Assistant - Milnerton

    CRITICAL OUTPUT

    • Work within the realms of the scope of practice and knowledge base in relation to current trends and advances to maintain competency level.
    • Takes personal accountability for decisions made and actions taken and/or omissions in the course of care delivery.

    • Completion of approved training course in dental assisting, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
    • Previous experience in a customer focused service environment will be advantageous.
    • Computer proficiency (MS Office).
    • Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of general dentistry as applied to assisting a dentist in the treatment and care of patients.
    • Advanced knowledge of dental terminology.
    • Basic understanding of the functioning of dental healthcare environment.
    • Good knowledge and application of infection control principles and sterilization techniques.
    • Knowledge of treatment codes used in dentistry in doing quotations for advanced dentistry treatment procedures.
    • Specialised dental procedures.
    • GoodX experience will be advantageous

    Receptionist - Summerstrand

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide efficient, friendly and professional telephone services in patient care.
    • Assist patients in accurately completing appropriate forms, and document all information in accordance to internal policies and procedures.

    Registered Nurse - Tygervalley Sub-Acute Hospital

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Perform clinical rounds with doctors.
    • Be responsible and accountable for the physical, social and emotional care of all patients allocated to you on any shift.
    • To conduct hourly patient rounds, and ensure that doctor’s orders are carried out.
