    Internal Account Manager x2 - 2 positions

    Job Purpose

    • The Internal Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and growing relationships with Pinnacle’s valued clients. Responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service, as well as identifying opportunities to grow the business by increasing sales and revenue.

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Achieve monthly sales targets
    •  Professionally manage the sales process
    •  Maintain existing customer base – build and maintain strong lasting relationships with customers
    •  Understand customer business needs and requirements
    •  Serve as the primary point of customer contact
    •  Identify and pursue sales opportunities
    •  Develop sales account plans and strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
    •  Establish and grow a new customer base
    •  Liaise with customers regularly to maintain and build relationships

    Requirements
    Experience and Knowledge:

    •  A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in an account management position
    •  Previous sales experience within the ICT Distribution industry will be an advantage
    •  Proven track record of sales success (preferably within the ICT Distribution industry)
    •  Previous experience selling and working with customers at all levels of an organization including high-profile customers
    •  Experience in identifying sales opportunities and using skill set to develop solutions
    •  Working experience in a customer service environment
    •  Experience preparing and presenting quotations
    •  Experience developing sales plans and closing deals

    Skills and Education:

    •  Matric, preferably with mathematics
    •  A tertiary qualification and/or a relevant diploma in Sales, Marketing, or IT will be an advantage
    •  Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    •  Proven sales skills/ability
    •  Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
    •  Able to complete basic calculations (ability to work with numbers)
    •  Organized individual who is deadline-driven with good time management skills

    Job Purpose

    • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and relationship building.

    Merchandiser - Cape Town - 2 positions

    Job Purpose
    The Merchandiser is responsible for managing and optimizing the internal stock movement and control processes across multiple warehouses. This role also serves as a backup to both Inbound and Outbound Logistics when needed. The primary goal is to maintain accurate inventory records, ensure efficient stock movement, execute stock adjustments, and provide backup support to our logistics operations.
     
    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the movement of stock between internal warehouse locations.
    • Assist with stock transfers, including packing, labeling, and transportation.
    • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
    • Bin and organize stock effectively within each Internal warehouse.
    • Monitor and assist with adjusting stock levels to meet demand and minimize excess inventory.
    • Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve stock-related issues.
    • Maintain records of stock adjustments and transactions.
    • Ensure that all stock movements comply with safety and quality standards.
    • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with stored items.
    • Optimize warehouse layouts for efficient stock storage and retrieval.
    • Provide backup support for both Inbound and Outbound Logistics when required.
    • Provide regular reports on stock movement and inventory control.

     

    Requirements
    Experience and Knowledge:
