Qualifications:

• Diploma in Law / Paralegal Studies / Legal Assistance or relevant diploma qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in office management and in Development Finance or similar industry.
• Corporate experience is essential.
• Solid project management experience.
• Legal assistance and/or knowledge is important.
• Professional telephone manner and the ability to take messages effectively and efficiently.
• Experience of organizing and providing administrative assistance in an office environment.
• Experience of handling a wide range of enquiries and an excellent telephone manner.
• Experience of taking and writing minutes, summarizing discussions and writing reports.
• Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
• An organized and thorough approach to work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree with Post Graduate Commerce Qualification CFA, CA(SA)
• Post Graduate Commercial (finance, accounting, economics) Degree with Project Management experience or qualification.
• All requisite industry bodies affiliations.

Experience:

• 3-5yrs Business Analysis or Management Consulting experience
• 3-5 yrs Engineering/Technical Consultancy experience
• 3-5yrs Project Management experience in a Financial/Investment Transacting environment
• Business and Financial Acumen (includes ability to identify and manage risk)
