    Description

    Senior Business Analyst - Digital Technologies

    • We are looking for a Digital Feature Analyst to join our rapidly growing digital team and assist us in recommending the best digital products/solutions to launch in various markets we operate in, to increase profitability within the company’s business and digital transformation vision.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for clarifying business requirements, documenting associated user stories and acceptance criteria, through in-work collaboration with business stakeholders, cross functional teams and product owners across our business process services in finance, health and insurance etc, contributing to the accurate and effective end-to-end delivery of expectations. To assume the role of scrum master within the digital and business transformation and information technology teams, looking at market data to determine what digital products to launch and interviewing customers to understand their needs.

    Experience:

    ML / AI Engineer

    • The candidate will be designing and evaluating existing machine learning (ML) processes, performing statistical analysis to resolve data set problems, applying algorithms to enhance the accuracy of our internal and client’s digital assets from predictive, prescriptive, adaptive to autonomous capabilities, helping us create artificial intelligent and autonomous digital ready products/solutions.
    • The ultimate goal for the candidate will be to shape and build efficient self-learning digital apps, demonstrate solid data science knowledge and experience in creating machine learning models and retraining systems, showing exceptional skills in statistics and programming.
    • The person will be reporting to the senior manager and also support and delivery of digital transformation projects within the business and clients.     • Consulting with senior managers/managers and business executives to determine and refine machine learning objectives.
