    Core Description    

    • Responsible for coordinating multiple virtual teams ensuring the successful Design, Development & Support of Telecommunications products, services or customer specific solutions for all market segments. It involves setting up interfaces and coordinating the efforts between various technical and non-technical divisions from across the entire service delivery value chain and at various reporting levels. Coordinate the implementation of anti-fraud mitigating activities for fraud risks identified in Telkom and project manage remedial actions and report thereon.
