    Customer Service Advisor

    SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION: 

    • Use telematics and organizational data to engage stakeholders on various opportunities to grow Lifetime Revenue Stream for the organization. Capture, analyse, and feedback into the various customer service centres within the organization to correct or improve on stakeholder expectations/experiences.

    DUTIES:

    • Determines opportunities to engage with stakeholders on provision of additional services (include repairs), by analysing and acting on telematics and organizational data provided.
    • Analyse machine fault codes to identify proactive machine maintenance or repairs.
    • Provides in-depth information about available parts and service options to stakeholders, leveraging in-depth and technical understanding of Bell’s products and services.
    • Advises stakeholders on warranty protections with intention of up-selling Warranty, Service Agreements, Care Packages, etc.
    • Generate and distribute quotes to customers, follow-up, providing feedback with intention to close sale.
    • Coordinate and liaise with workshop administrators (CSC) to book services/repairs on behalf of customers.
    • Develop, build, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships to ensure repeat business.
    • Responsible for preparing technical and administrative reports to track opportunities, conversion rates, etc.  

    SKILLS:

    • Excellent Microsoft Office and Web Browser skills
    • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Strong Organisational, decision making and problem-solving skills
    • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have Matric
    • Technical mechanical certification (advantageous)
    • Minimum of 5 years’ working as parts salesman in earthmoving machines industry.
    • Understanding of ERP System SAP
    • Working experience/knowledge within Bell (highly advantageous)
    • Proficient in MS Office products.
    • Must have a strong understanding of earthmoving technology
    • Good communication and report writing skills

    HR Administrator

    About the job

    DUTIES:

    • Submission of entry and exit documents to payroll before deadline,
    • Ensuring payroll documents are submitted timeously
    • Ensure filing is accurate and up to date
    • Work closely with HR Practitioners during recruitment and termination in terms of arranging of medicals.
    • Ensure KRA’s are kept up to date
    • Handle all HR related queries from employees,
    • Administration of all termination ensuring proper application & adherence of company policy procedure.
    • Ensure the capturing of minutes during the HR Meetings
    • Participate and coordinate in all HR projects.
    • Assist with all other HR matters as & when required.
    • Assisting with interviews up to and including Task 7
    • Loading and capturing of scheduled employees on SAP
    • Assisting with the administration of training

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • HR Diploma (preferable).
    • Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in an HR environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential) (applicants with SAP will have added advantage).
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to speak any African language will be added advantage.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all work records.
    • Ability to pay attention to detail.
    • Must have good knowledge of Labour legislation i.e.BCEA; LRA; EEA; SDA,POPIA etc & understanding of HR principles
