We are looking for a newly qualified CA with auditing and tax experience to be appointed as a Financial Accountant. The successful incumbant will ensure timely and accurate financial accounting of transactions and the reporting thereof in terms of relevance to management on a national basis for the Smollan Group of Companies.

Accurate, complete balance sheet
Balance sheet sent to auditors
Accurate, complete asset register
Customer satisfaction and effective stakeholder management
Effective teamwork and self-management
Smollan has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner with strong financial modeling capabilities and experience in cost and management accounting to take overall responsibility for managing financial activities of a portfolio of businesses that operate on different financial structures, by developing, optimising and controlling all financial processes for the portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications: BCom Accounting degree at NQF level 7, SAIPA
Minimum Experience: 5 years accounting experience including Audit experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Financial and commercial acumen
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent computer skills
Organisational awareness
Good interpersonal skills
