    Financial Accountant

    Purpose of the Role:

    Manages the integrity of the General Ledger and accuracy of reporting of monthly business results. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for completion of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations;
    • Managers the integrity of financial records and the financial statements,
    • Accountable for preparation, analysis and delivery of monthly Departmental/Divisional Results including accuracy of all information therein,
    • Accountable for completion of monthly business Balanced Score Cards as well as presentation to department heads:
    • Accountable for completion and analysis of financial components of Board Pack (excluding cash flow statement).
    • Accountable for overall review of General Ledger on a monthly basis and for accuracy of all journals passed therein.
    • Assist in the management of the overall annual budget process with the financial manager and departmental heads.
    • Ensure appropriate external audit arrangements are in place and manage the audit process.
    • Monitor and implement financial policies and procedures.

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • B Com (3 year degree) with 5 - 7 years working experience in a Finance function, or
    • B Com Honours with 3 - 5 years working experience,
    • Financial Service experience an advantage.

    Data Analyst

    Purpose of the Role:

    Supporting the business to understand audiences, enhance digital user experience, and increase our online Website, Mobi and App conversions.                                                                      

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver audits and implementations of web analytics tools.
    • Identify opportunities to capture additional user behavior data.
    • Plan and deliver enhancements to web analytics tools and processes.
    • Implement A/B split testing code and experiments.
    • Create Key Performance Indicators.
    • Plan and deliver integration of data sources with web analytics and business intelligence tools.
    • Design web analytics reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
    • Find and communicate actionable trends and segments.
    • Articulate data-driven recommendations.                                           

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Relevant Degree
    • Web analytics certification or other training.
    • Experience with project management tools and processes.
    • 1-2 years of experience creating reports and insights with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other web and app analytics software.
    • 1-2 years of experience implementing and customizing web and app analytics software.
    • Understanding of online marketing channels including display advertising, PPC, SEO, social media, email.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 equivalents.
    • Experience reporting on analytics and other data via APIs using spreadsheets, visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and database and data warehouse platforms (such as Azure).
    • Experience with split testing tools such as Google Optimize.

    Skill Competencies:

    • Understanding of website design, development and publishing.
    • Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Some exposure to JavaScript and HTML.
    • Writing and testing JavaScript and HTML.
    • Google Tag Manager or other Tag Management Systems.

    Social Media Specialist

    Purpose of the Role

    To gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

    Know how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.                                                                           

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
    • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
    • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
    • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    • Collaborate with other departments (Customer Care, Distribution) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Relevant Degree
    • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
    • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
    • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, Conversion Rate Optimisation Marketing and Search Engine Optimisation.
    • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.

    Skill Competencies:

    •  Understanding of website design, development and publishing.
    •  Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    •  Detail and Customer orientated.
