Over the last 6 difficult months, CA Financial Appointments has done well. So much so that there have been no retrenchments or salary reductions, even paying full commission and quarterly incentives. We attribute this to the fact that we employ competent recruiters who are able to build solid relationships and consult with their clients as opposed to simply transacting with them. On average, our consultants have close to 10 years external recruitment experience and each bill over R1 million.
Many other recruiters of a similar level are not as secure as our team and thus it may be time for them to see what else is out there. If you consider yourself a solid external recruiter, particularly within the financial space, and have the reputation to justify it, I would be keen to have a “virtual” cup of coffee. We have an environment that allows our recruiters to feel like they are running their own business within a business and would love to have one more!
