We are looking to hire an experienced AWS senior software engineer to support our growing customer base on many large, innovative development projects with well-known high street brands. The main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for designing, developing, testing and maintaining software for our customers in line with REPLs guidelines and best practices. You will be part of the Development Services team where you will be working with a varied set of colleagues ranging from developers, QA’s, SDETs to PO’s, PM’s, BA’s while also interacting directly with customer teams.

Required skills/experience:

• Commercial experience developing with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambdas, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, AWS Glue, AWS API Gateway.
• Programming experience in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience using version control frameworks such as Git or Mercurial.
• DevOps delivery experience including the use of automation tools and containerisation to deliver CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for building and testing features that will be delivered to end users
• The ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• The ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to voice ideas, opinions and provide technical direction on projects
• The ability to quickly learn and adjust to new technologies and processes
• The ability to deliver clear, concise, and well-structured code
• Take accountability, responsibility for delivering high quality maintainable solutions
• The ability to work as part of team following Agile practices.

Desirable skills/experience:

• DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins etc
• Build tools and scripting experience in Gradle, YAML, Bash, PowerShell etc
• Containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes
• Object oriented development experience
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure Boards etc

What you will be doing:

• Proven software development experience in C#, Angular or similar languages – we’d love to hear/see some examples of what you’ve built!
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Maths or similar technical discipline.
• A strong problem solver who is pro-active and passionate about completing tasks to the highest standard.
• A positive attitude and a pleasant team-mate.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• + 2 years of experience in designing and/or implementing SuccessFactors. ​
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills. ​
• Ideally a master’s degree level or equivalent.​
• Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules. ​
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. ​
• Fluent English and fluent in Dutch and/or French (must) ​
• Willingness to travel. ​

For Managers: ​

• +5 Year experience in complex SuccessFactors / SAP HR implementations. ​
• +3 Experience in designing and/or implementing SuccessFactors (in lead roles). ​
• Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules. ​

Job Description

• Work with client business and IT resources to understand current operations. Ability to run process review workshops, demo the SAP system and identify gaps in the solutions.  Ability to propose solutions to gaps (either configuration, WRICEF, or process/manual workarounds).  ​ 
• Ability to write/update functional designs for WRICEF Objects; Ability to configure and test within their assigned module of SAP;  Ability to plan and execute formal testing for their module area and work with other SAP resources to plan and execute end to end tests.  Ability to work locally with customer at plant site and support direct client interaction through the lifecycle of the project.​ 
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance which encompasses FICO – AP, AR, GL, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project Systems ​

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements ​

• Application Design and Development

Undertake some or all of the following:

• Develop application and component strategy in line with the business strategy for one or more programs
