    Claims Negotiator

     Key Responsibilities:

    • Negotiate 3rd party liability payments according to legal principles using all necessary and approved methods.
    • Conduct relevant telephone communications for Liability Claims.
    • Regularly follow up on Liability Claims to ensure timely resolutions.
    • Analyze and review Tracers reports to assess claim status.
    • Provide regular and timely updates to Management.
    • Work with 3rd parties and insurance companies to negotiate claims, subject to management approval.
    • Escalate unresolved claims to Management or nominated persons for further determination.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure all follow-ups are documented in the system.
    • Liaise with clients and third parties to facilitate claim resolutions.

    Solutions Analyst

    Requirements

    Responsibilities: 

    • Identify Business Needs: Partner with various teams to understand their goals and challenges, ensuring that new technology solutions align with our company objectives.
    • Analyse Needs & Solutions: Dive into current business processes and systems, identifying areas where technology can make a difference by increasing efficiency and solving specific pain points.
    • Research & Recommend Technology Solutions: Explore, evaluate, and recommend third-party software options that fit our needs. You’ll assess factors like scalability, ease of integration, and long-term viability.
    • Document Requirements: Gather, organize, and clearly document business needs and translate them into technical requirements, making sure everyone is on the same page.
    • Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Work closely with the tech teams to ensure that the software solutions address our business goals effectively.
    • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with teams across the business—including IT, Data & AI, and Operations—to make sure solutions are implemented smoothly and effectively.
    • Report on Project Progress: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of ongoing projects, highlighting any challenges and successes

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: Industrial Engineering/ Data Science/  Computer Science/ BComm or a related field.
    • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a role involving technology evaluation, business analysis, or digital transformation—preferably within a tech-driven or innovation-focused environment.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
    • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Analytical Mindset: A knack for problem-solving, with the ability to look at business processes and figure out how to make them better with the right technology.
    • Organised & Detail-Oriented: The ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail, especially when documenting requirements or reporting to stakeholders.

    Administrative Internship

    We are offering internships to qualified graduates holding diplomas or degrees in the following fields:

    • Product Development - assisting in reviewing and update of various product-related documents. Market research and compile reports. General admin with in the products team. Testing new products and product changes on system.  
    • Skills and Development - assisting in various tasks within the Skills and Development Team.  

    Criteria for interns:

    • Matric plus a National Diploma or degree in related field

    Legal Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in investigations and implement specialized techniques to manage non-litigation matters.
    • Handle technical refutes on high-risk/quantum cases to support Recovery and Liability teams.
    • Perform in-depth merit adjudication on both Recovery and Liability matters.
    • Address recurring challenges beyond the parameters that can be resolved by Team Leaders.
    • Audit attorney accounts, addressing any discrepancies in fees charged against court rules or agreements.
    • Make informed decisions on whether to proceed with summons or defend liability cases.
    • Formulate escalations using case law and legal arguments as required.

    Requirements:

    • LLB degree with relevant post-graduate work experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of merit adjudication for both Recovery and Liability cases.
    • Proficiency in IT applications.
    • Strong understanding of technical scenarios that require in-depth legal knowledge.
    • Experience in auditing legal accounts and managing external attorney queries.

    Additional Skills:

    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
    • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt within a team environment.
    • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines set by the Senior Manager.
