Document Requirements: Gather, organize, and clearly document business needs and translate them into technical requirements, making sure everyone is on the same page.
Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Work closely with the tech teams to ensure that the software solutions address our business goals effectively.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with teams across the business—including IT, Data & AI, and Operations—to make sure solutions are implemented smoothly and effectively.
Report on Project Progress: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of ongoing projects, highlighting any challenges and successes
Requirements:
Educational Background: Industrial Engineering/ Data Science/ Computer Science/ BComm or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a role involving technology evaluation, business analysis, or digital transformation—preferably within a tech-driven or innovation-focused environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Analytical Mindset: A knack for problem-solving, with the ability to look at business processes and figure out how to make them better with the right technology.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: The ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail, especially when documenting requirements or reporting to stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable researching, understanding, and evaluating different software tools and technology trends
