    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain seasonal pricing architecture including BAR and LRA structures, rate fences, length-of-stay controls, and package design by camp and suite type
    • Run displacement analysis for buyouts, exclusive-use requests, private vehicles, and high-yield experiences
    • Recommend tactical offers and stay-pay windows aligned to occupancy trends and brand positioning
    • Produce 18-month demand forecasts by market, segment, and channel, and manage pacing and pick-up dashboards
    • Set allocation rules and stop-sell or open-close controls, and optimise shoulder and low-demand periods while protecting peak inventory
    • Guide the reservations team in prioritising high-value enquiries and managing waitlists effectively
