    Regional Sales Manager (Bloemfontein)

    Description

    • Achieve set targets and grow MAN truck sales and market share within the assigned region.
    • Set, monitor, and report on regional sales targets and performance against agreed KPIs.
    • Support dealers in developing and executing annual business plans and sales strategies.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to MAN standards.
    • Manage the sales relationship between MAN NSC RSA and appointed Private Capital Dealers (PCDs).
    • Track competitor activity and advise on tactical sales plans.
    • Actively engage in customer visits and support deal-making activities.
    • Identify and address sales challenges, implementing corrective action plans.
    • Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams and dealer staff.
    • Support PCDs with recruitment, training, mentoring, and retention of sales staff.
    • Conduct joint customer visits and provide direct sales support where required.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Truck Sales to align sales strategies with national objectives.
    • Ensure regional marketing and communication initiatives are effectively implemented.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
    • Relevant bachelor's degree

    Skills:

    • Customer focused with a results driven approach.
    • Experience in new and used vehicle sales processes.
    • Willingness to travel extensively.
    • Develop and motivate staff.
    • Market knowledge.
    • High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.

    Experience:

    • Sales experience within the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 10 years' Experience, leading and motivating a team - 7 years.

    Diesel Mechanic (Nelspruit)

    Description

    • Accurately diagnose faults found and reported on a vehicle (trouble shooting).
    • Carry out servicing and repairs to vehicles in an efficient manner.
    • Conduct road tests on repaired vehicles as and when needed.
    • Ensure workshop quality, safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times.
    • Report any vehicle faults other than those on the job card.
    • Conduct servicing according to MAN specifications and service sheet.
    • Work accurately and tirneously to achieve both efficiency and productivity to the required standards.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
    • N3 and possess a Diesel Mechanic trade test certificate.
    • Possession of a dual trade is highly advantageous.

    Skills:

    • Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
    • Work independently though being a team player.
    • Customer focused with a results driven approach.
    • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
    • EC or EC1 drivers licence.

    Experience:

    • Trade Certificate experience in the heavy commercial vehicle industry - 5 years.
    • MAN and / or VW heavy commercial vehicles - 3 years.
    • MAN CATS 1 -3 years.

    Local Sourcing Manager (Modderfontein)

    Description

    • Optimize Bus Body, Truck and Bus Chassis material cost.
    • Ensure Sourcing strategy targets are met.
    • Drive company BBBEE supplier base, ensure compliance.
    • Update & enforce Procurement policy & procedure.
    • Manage Supplier performance in conjunction with respective business divisions.
    • Align business cases with Buyers in Germany.
    • Issue, manage and adjudicate tenders/RFQs, RFPs for existing materials.
    • Present cases at MAN Sourcing Committee in Germany.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
    • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration.

    Skills:

    • Working knowledge of BBBEE processes.
    • Computer Literate.
    • Technical experience in a Manufacturing/assembly environment.
    • Flexible, active and forward thinking.
    • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
    • Pro-active, highly motivated in achieving set objective.
    • Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
    • Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.
    • High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.

    Experience:

    • Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - 3 years.
    • Experience of ESA - 1 year.
    • Finance experience highly advantageous - 1 year.
