    Retail Sales Manager

    • We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy retail meat store. Previous meat industry experience is not essential; however, candidates must have a strong retail management background and a proven ability to drive sales, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

    • Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the business.
    • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and store team.
    • Drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
    • Ensure high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product availability.
    • Monitor shrinkage, wastage, and stock control processes.
    • Handle staff scheduling, performance management, and training.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and food handling standards.
    • Prepare reports and provide feedback on store performance.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3–5 years' experience in a retail management role.
    • Proven experience managing staff and achieving sales targets.

    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

    Maintenance Manager

    • We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and reliability of equipment, machinery, refrigeration systems, and facilities within a busy meat processing and retail environment.

    Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

    • Plan and manage preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
    • Ensure equipment, machinery, and refrigeration systems operate efficiently and safely.
    • Diagnose and coordinate repairs of mechanical and electrical faults.
    • Manage maintenance schedules, contractors, and maintenance staff.
    • Minimise downtime and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry standards.
    • Maintain maintenance records, asset registers, and spare parts inventory.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role.
    • Sound mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience maintaining production, processing, manufacturing, or FMCG equipment.
    • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and respond to breakdowns when required.
    • Valid driver's licence.

    Preferred:

    • Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

    Financial Accountant

    Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accountant to join a company based in East London

    Industry: Construction

    Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

    • Manage the full accounting function, including oversight of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
    • Maintain the general ledger, including reconciliations and month-end processes.
    • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including VAT, tax, and related submissions.
    • Assist the Finance Manager with financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and ad hoc projects.
    • Liaise with external auditors and provide supporting schedules and documentation during audit processes.
